The process was easy, fast, and user-friendly. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt supported throughout. I would definitely recommend their services!

Overall Service is good, efficient customer service response time. My Record check cost over CAD $420. Cheaper than a flight back to Canada. Reason for only 3 stars is when Globeia translator made a mistake, Globeia was very reluctant to admit error and tried 20 times to say I was in error. After minimum 20 emails, they finally understood the error and corrected it.

They steal money, it’s an elaborate scam sont trust them!! If you look at the other reviews they are all fake/from employees!

I emailed Globeia in a panic. My residency in Mauritius was contingent upon my obtaining my original Apostille. Riya and Juve went out of their way to make me feel secure and comfortable in securing the Apostille. They arranged to have it sent UPS express. They sent it out on Thursday and I received it on Tuesday. I live 12,000 miles away from SF. I am very relieved that I now have what I need to secure my retirement residency. We required expedited service for an Apostille through the US State Department. Globeia's pricing was reasonable considering the requirement and timing. I emailed a number of questions throughout the process and the replies were always prompt and complete. The first delivered Apostille was damaged in shipment from State to Globeia - we were immediately informed of the problem, Globeia request it again, kept us informed, and shipped the completed package via courier to Portugal. Their service was excellent, timely, and affordable given the requirement. I would recommend them to anyone with a situation like ours.

They are extremely inefficient. I had to call them to move my paperwork within their system. They requested payment for that which I had already paid for. My documents took over 4 months, something that should have been accomplished in 2 months.

We contacted Globeia to help us expedite the FBI background check process. We are in Europe. It was a big mistake that cost us dearly. They were unreliable in the information they provided to the point of deceit, they are not as fast as they say they are, and they wanted to extract more money from us by luring us into hiring additional service. I write this review because I feel stupid to have miss the red flags and to warn others.
