No matter how may times I submitted fingerprints, the fingerprints were never accepted, alrhough taken by my local police department. I believe this is a scam to take your money and then never provide the service.

Avoid at all costs. I paid nearly $700 for what I needed to get an FBI check and apostille “expedited”. The quoted 130 price is laughable…once they add all the extras…which are necessary to the process (130 DOES NOT cover couriers, translation, fingerprinting, etc…I’m not sure what it does cover!). I started the process on Oct 20 and needed docs before November 22…the “expedited”process ended up taking 6 weeks and I missed the deadline. Do the legwork yourself. Globeia is useless

Too bad no zero comments! 15 business days and no response. Call and never receive response. They only care about taking your money.

Globeia's online platform for requesting a criminal history check can be confusing. Although it is briefly stated on their website, they will not process a state criminal history check along with the FBI check. However, the online platform will ask if you want a state apostille for the federal check, which causes confusion and makes no sense. I paid for both a federal and state apostille, so I assumed I was paying for two criminal histories with two apostilles. A federal document does not need a state apostille, so don't be fooled.

Also, they will respond to emails with 24 hours, but if you have a follow-up question don't expect to get an answer to your question for another 24 hours. This is not efficient when you have important legal documents to be processed and delivered.

Finally, I requested that my apostille documents be mailed to my lawyer in Ecuador using FedEx Priority. Globeia responded that they only use UPS, a company that recently lost one of my important legal documents. I vowed that I would never again trust UPS with my documents. If I am willing to pay for FedEx Priority, why would they deny this request?

At last, each member of my family has submitted their application for citizenship to the country of Portugal. That is no mean feat. We each needed not only birth certificates and passports but also police clearances from EVERY country we've lived in. We are global nomads, so that was no easy feat. And, of course, everything had to be apostilled. All of this required significant work and know-how . . . and lots of experience in how to manage the bureaucracies of each country (9 in total). What made Globeia, and especially Sandhya, so incredibly helpful was not just that they knew how and what to do but also that they remained calm . . . and ensured my emotional fuse didn't blow. There's no guarantee that our applications will be accepted by Portugal - there's tremendous uncertainty there now - but our applications are in!!!!!!! and for that i am eternally grateful. Each step was clearly outlined, making it very easy to follow, even for someone completely new to the process.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This company has absolutely no customer service available. I am so angry about this company and their lack of employees and for believing that anyone had a positive experience with them. My experience is that you cannot get a hold of anyone. I have written emails, texted and called….nothing but automated sms saying they will get back to me. I have had to dispute their charges with my bank now. Do not fall into this trap!!

It was wonderful working with Tri and Janvi. We able to get our work done with minimum visit and at very economical cost. Great work and keep it up. Another happy customer.
