Wonderful Experience & Fast Results
Happy that I found Globeia, as the process was seamless and the results were very fast. Highly recommend their Toronto office! Staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and ensured my application was handled with extreme care. My request for FBI Clearance as a US Citizen living in Canada for a PR Application was processed outstandingly quick. I was able to easily submit an online application for expedited service Sunday night, and booked an appointment for the following morning. I cannot thank the on-site team enough for their ability to provide so much value and being so friendly. I required quick turnaround for my results, and in my case, the fingerprints were mailed out, and delivered in Washington DC the very next morning. I received my pdf results on Tuesday afternoon!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst communication of any company I’ve dealt with in Australia. Riya and Abishek failed to ever communicate with me during my TWO visits (should have only taken one visit.) Only emailed me ahead of changing my time 12 hours before my appointment, which they cannot assume someone will see. They should have called and told me that they would change the time. When I rebooked, they failed to confirm my time and now I am waiting at WeWork (they don’t have a real office) without any confirmation that they will see me. This is after paying the fee to expedite my processing, and they have not offered any compensation for the problems to date.

We understand that we need to improve our communication, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and the way we handle unexpected changes. Top-notch Service (RCMP Police Certificate)
I highly recommend Globeia in both Barcelona & Toronto. I requested an RCMP police certificate with fingerprints + apostille + translation into Spanish. The whole process went very smoothly, from start to finish. Both the in-person fingerprinting service and all the other online services went great!
This is a long two-month process, but Globeia did everything in their power to speed it up. Also, they promptly and kindly answered all my questions, including those asking for updates. I was notified of all updates right away, and my online profile was updated immediately every time there was progress.
This is a very complex process, considering that the applicant is in one country and the Globeia offices are in a different country. However, Globeia did a great job, and I got all my documents on time. Highly recommended!

Globeia made it very easy for me to get my FBI background check quickly
Globus made it very easy for me to obtain my US FBI background check and apostille from Spain. Their representatives were quick and responsive, and the whole process took just under 4 weeks from my fingerprinting appointment until I received my apostilled documents via courier. I would definitly utilize Globeia’s services again if needed.

I am an american in the process of applying for a spanish visa. I needed quick fingerprinting, FBI check, apostille, and translation. I paid for the full package. It was not exactly cheap, although not terribly expensive either. The service was not only faster than expected, communication was regular and clear, both from auto-generated emails and actual human staff. These sort of services are always difficult to determine from web reviews how effective they will be. I cant guarantee your experience will be as smooth as mine, but I certainly had an seamless experience.
