After weeks of looking for a service to manage my RCMP Record Check requirements from the Dominican Republic and finding that most were complicated and nearly impossible to deal with, I stumbled upon GlobeIA. The experience has been virtually flawless, especially being able to do everything through their on line portal. And if you need to contact support, you can do so via email and most times the (very helpful) response came within minutes (an hour or so at most) not days like some other providers. I don't know why they make a survey to get an appointment if later they're going to be asking you again the same questions via email. I was asking for apostille price or if it was included, i didn't get a price and took 4 emails back and forward to know it wasn't. Terrible service, never go there. There are so much better places to do your fingerprints.

Really fast and seamless process. Definitely an expensive service but if you want to avoid the back and forth of fingerprints getting declined and waiting months for your clearance to finally come through, highly recommend Globeia.

My wife and I made an appointment today to have our fingerprints taken for an FBI background check at the Lisbon location. The agent arrived 1 hour late to our appointment with little apology and was impossible to get in contact with beforehand.

When he asked my wife for her race, she said that she always puts Other, because she is mixed race. He said that he will write Asian instead, but if it doesn't match past documents it may be rejected. She asked him to please write Other to ensure there is no risk of rejection but he said no. I wish that this appointment was taken more seriously for the amount of money that they charge.

Globeia went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that complex Canadian paperwork for was done right, with no hang-ups, and a minimum of fuss on my part. It's pricey to be sure, but I'd especially like to draw attention to the fact that their agent was willing to come all the way out to a rural location in a country (France) where fingerprinting isn't readily available.

Globeia has gone the extra mile in providing services to me. Not only did they process the criminal records and apostille requests quickly, but they even helped me with additional requests, such as having documents dispatched to their premises in San Francisco, so they could ask for an additional apostille. I recommend their service.

I recently used GlobeIA to obtain an expedited FBI clearance (for a visa in Spain) - to include fingerprinting, FBI clearance submittal, apostille services and translation. The overall experience was excellent. They met the estimated time for delivery of the documents (30 days). Their online portal is great for being able to track the progress of the documents, and view/download the results. Each time I had questions, they responded to my emails within 24 hours. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pricing is expensive. But if you are willing to spend the $, this is a company that knows what they are doing, and you can trust them to do it right, and within the committed timeframe.

Sandy was very informative and supportive through the entire process. Her communications were prompt and courteous. This is my second experience with Globeia in 2 years and I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
