Globeia is a great company and I highly recommend them. They are very patient, helpful and fast. Everything they have done for me was finished early and I am very pleased!

They were supposed to give us an authentication letter along with the fingerprints. Obviously the fingerprints are completely useless without this. But the guy said he would send it the next day after the appointment. Its been 3 weeks and nothing. Just crickets. I sent a follow-up and he ignored me. And in the meantime my immigration application deadline is almost here and yet I can't provide the documents because this company won't respond

Globeia was incredibly responsive to process documents and highly communicative. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I can tell you right now I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE USING GLOBEIA. I will make sure everyone I know NEVER USES GLOBEIA . As this was a complete nightmare . I paid for fully expedited services and nothing WAS EXPEDITED. Completely ruining my travels and possibly having to pay a fine at customs or even worse not being allowed back into the country!

I see Globeia has replied and blamed the courier this is 100% a LIE. The delay was 100% on globeia not processing the paperwork on time and blaming me saying “you didn’t let us know the payment was made” I have the emails! NO NOT USE GLOBEIA

Right from the start I felt confident with how Globeia helped me with my application.
I was updated regularly with where my application was up to and I got my final results well ahead of the expected timeframe.
Will use Globeia in the future for sure

I strongly recommend carefully considering who you trust with time sensitive documentation services like FBI background checks and fingerprint processing. In our case, we paid Globeia for expedited service because timing was critical for immigration related documentation.

Unfortunately, the fingerprints took 9 days just to arrive in the U.S., despite expedited shipping normally taking 1 to 2 days maximum and despite paying premium fees for faster handling. Communication was also extremely frustrating throughout the process. Emails often took days to receive a response, phone calls during business hours routinely went unanswered, and voicemail messages were never returned.

To make matters worse, there was an error made on our fingerprint submission forms that was initially blamed on the FBI rather than acknowledged and corrected promptly. Because of the delays, lack of communication, and handling issues, we ultimately had to hire another company and complete the process midway through both because of timing and because of a lack of trust that Globeia would deliver on time.

When dealing with important legal or immigration documents, responsiveness, accuracy, and urgency matter. Sadly, that was not our experience here.

Me dijeron 4 meses de demora por la carga de trabajo en el FBI. Me negaron 3 tomas de huellas hechas por la policía científica en España. Me cansé lo mandé todo al FBI siguiendo sus indicaciones de la web y en 10 días lo tenía en mi email por una fracción del dinero que ellos piden. LLevo reclamando la devolución total o parcial con una explicación desde el 4 de mayo y a 19 de mayo ni una respuesta.

A la hora de escribir esto me han devuelto el 100% de lo pagado.

Extremely disappointing experience with Globeia. Their customer service was consistently unprofessional and poorly organized from start to finish. I was provided with incorrect information, addressed by the wrong name multiple times, and regularly had to chase them for basic updates on my application.

What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and communication. Progress seemed to stall unless I repeatedly followed up myself, which added unnecessary stress to an already important process.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. There are far more reliable and professional options available.

***In response to Globeia’s Trustpilot reply, I want to clarify that my concerns are not about minor communication gaps but about a consistent lack of professionalism and follow-through.

At all points in the process, there was little visible progress unless I initiated contact, and I often had to chase the team to understand the status of my application.

While I understand businesses can become busy, clients should not be required to manage or repeatedly prompt the process after paying for a professional service.

I have also made private follow-up attempts which have not received responses. It is notable that there has been a prompt public response, while private correspondence has gone unanswered, which does not reflect well on the overall communication approach.***
