I have been with this company for the past three months and have rented different cars from them during this time. They are genuinely one of the best in London. The staff listen carefully to any issues and resolve them quickly, without long queues or wasted time. You are always greeted politely and treated with respect. There is no room for scams or hidden issues like you see with some other companies. They are honest, transparent, and professional in both their service and dealings.
