Otto Car has a fantastic staff. These people exceeded my expectations [ Reuben, Mo and Nick]. They put a smile on my face. Because they happily solved my problem. My friends told me that Otto Car is a company that looks after its customers. Now I believe it because I have experienced it myself. Based on what I saw today, I will not hesitate to recommend the company to my friends. Please keep up the good work.

Very poor customer service and communication from Otto Car.

I have had to chase multiple times for a simple manager callback. I was told I would receive a call on Monday, but it is now Thursday and I have still heard nothing. I have also sent emails with no response.

Instead of focusing on resolving customer issues and following up properly, the priority seems to be elsewhere. Basic communication and keeping customers informed should come first.

I would strongly suggest spending more time actually responding to and updating customers rather than dealing with review removals.

This has been a very frustrating experience and not what I would expect from a service provider.

Absolutely shocking experience with Ottocar.

I am currently in an active dispute with them, which has already been escalated to their complaints team, yet they continue to demand full payment as if nothing is being investigated. There is zero consideration for fairness or basic customer service.

Instead of addressing the actual issue, they repeatedly send generic responses and even threaten to disable the vehicle if payment is not made — despite the complaint still being unresolved. This kind of pressure while a case is under review is completely unacceptable.

Their communication is poor, unhelpful, and feels deliberately dismissive. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, they seem more focused on enforcing payments and intimidating customers.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Ottocar to think twice. Once you have a problem, don’t expect support — only pressure and threats.

If you’re dealing with Otto car you need to go see one man in the Shepherd’s Bush branch and that’s Ash! He’s your guy for everything. Looked after me like his own from start to finish and sorted me out with a near brand new car! Brilliant service!

I’ve been an Otto Car customer for nearly 7 years. I’ve fully paid off my Rent 2 Buy vehicle, yet they are now making it impossible for me to end my aftercare contract for private use.
• Emails: Ignored.
• Phone calls: Impossible to get through.
• Payments team: Silent.
It is clear they are prioritizing their new WeFlex acquisition over the drivers who have been with them for years. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but if you won't answer your phones or emails, I have no other choice. Do better.

I recently visited Otto Car. I am a driver and my car developed an issue. Even though Otto could have said to me the warranty is finished you are on your own they went above and beyond. I want to mention Jamil especially. He is always so busy but he always greets you with a smile. He managed to speak to the owner and the owner I think the name is Gurinda he made a special help for me. The help these two made was more than what family is doing for people. I am not sure if Otto know how good and hard Jamil is working but they need to know. Not just me but I was sitting there for nearly 2 hours he was being so amazing and professional with other drivers and all the drivers seem to know him like a friend. Mr Gurinda please keep yourself like this you are a great man. Mr Jamil god bless you I am so grateful that you were there. I think anyone else and I will not get same outcome. I know sometimes you see bad reviews of Otto but I am being honest these guys are like a family business. Thank you again to both.
