My ordered shipped within one day of placing it and my item arrived in lightning speed. I ordered a designer bag and I am thrilled with it, it looks exactly like the photos and in perfect condition.

I’m leaving this review because this is true!! 90% of reviews people leave because of bad experiences! Well I was scared to order because of the negative reviews but

I’m glad I ordered from them. I ordered some Burberry sneakers from the List. I never had an issue with communication from leaving a message on WhatsApp to calling in I’ve always got a response. The shoes are going to take at least 2 to 3 weeks because they’re probably coming from Italy. I’ll definitely order again from the list!

I don’t think it’d be fair for me to…

I don’t think it’d be fair for me to give a 1 star rating cause maybe the app functions well, but when I’m shopping I don’t want the clothing I see to be limited by gender, the first question the list asks you is woman or man so I couldn’t push myself to get started knowing I’d probably be unable to see the opposite gender’s clothing listings.

I have had a very positive experience with The List. I have received a high-value order with no issues. The process was smooth and efficient. The customer service was very attentive and answered all my questions in a short time. Great experience - will shop again!

Same as many - after reading other reviews I was a little nervous. But I think the prior bad reviews are just the case of a company that's starting up and working out the kinks. I ordered a Fendi bag, at essentially 30% off and was super nervous it wouldn't come, would be fake etc. The bag shipped right away (and while I had some issues with DHL unrelated to the List) when the bag did arrive it checks out as authentic, great condition, and would have shipped super fast if not for the DHL issues (it was christmas time so nothing to do with the List). The customer service was SUPER responsive too (which I was also worried about), but has been really great and supportive and I genuinely believe they are the reason this bag showed up at all as they handled the issues with DHL. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and would for sure shop again!

Highly recommended

Highly recommended. I was amazed by the professionalism of their team. As soon as I placed my order i received an email that it was not available, yet with a replacement for it (same item) and when I placed a new order, their CS rep called me to follow up and returned the difference I paid for the new order.

Great!
Ordered my item December 3rd and contacted the company to let them know that I need the item by Christmas. Today (Dec 20th) my Givenchy pouch arrived just in time for Christmas! The pouch is beautiful and comes with the authenticity cards, dust bag, and box. Lovely items to give as gifts and are decently priced!!
There is a bit of a wait to receive the item but that’s to be expected. Thank you!

Don’t waste your money on items that don’t show up

Purchased a $900 dress with the promise of 2-4 days delivery.
30 days and several emails and phone calls on my end, I kept receiving empty promises and decided to dispute my order, as I wasn’t able to get my money back!!

Don’t purchase from this company, the service is horrendous, the staff is rude and the goods don’t show up as promised!!

Highly disappointed, especially is the low morale of their service support team (incl. their managers)

I ordered from gothelist on 8th December, and I’ve tried to reach out to them to get my order information. However, I’ve tried to email, WhatsApp and have called them and the responses were all robot. I’m still waiting for my order and their customer reply.

I have not heard back from them…

I have not heard back from them regarding my order and I tried messaging them, calling them, and emailing them and no reply. Dissapointed and calling my bank for a refund.
