This site delivered early and was reliable. After reading other reviews I was worried about getting scammed but I just received my order and was very happy. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Loyal customer

Hi - I commented earlier that I was worried because of all the negative reports here. I got my order of Guidi boots delivered and they are authenticated, and at a great savings. DHL delivered them sooner than the estimated shipping. Beatrice and Alexander were very responsive and patient with my worries and I am a loyal customer now.

Great shopping experience at THE LIST. Highly recommendable!

To be totally honest, I was very hesitant to order from The List due to the numerous negative reviews I read at Trustpilot. However, I must admit that I was also positively impressed with the honest responses the site gave to almost each negative review posted.
Curious about their customer service, I emailed them on Nov. 12, 2021 requesting additional information on a Valentino Garavani Leather Belt Bag I was interested in. Their response came in no time!
We ended up exchanging emails about other personal concerns I had about the site and was very appreciative with the response I received. This is what they wrote: "...we are a start-up and we are proud to say that we are continually learning from our mistakes and the feedback of our valued customers. We are committed to ensuring that any negative situations do not happen in the future. In addition, as you have mentioned, people tend to write the negative sides and rarely do people right a positive review which outweighs the negative ones. If you’d like to discuss this further in order to gain trust in us, please let us know the best contact number and time to call."
Because I believe in seconds chances, a few days later, exactly on Nov. 18, I decided to order the Valentino Bag from The List and judge the purchasing experience for myself.
Well, my order was shipped from Italy on Nov. 24 and delivered in the New York Metro Area on Nov. 26---in just two days!
The VG belt bag came nicely packaged, was just as described and verified authentic (by Valentino.com, through a NFC encoded tag contained in the bag).
I'd like to thank THE LIST team, and especially Tina P., for such a wonderful experience and I look forward to buying from you again in the future. Please keep up the good work!

Placed an order on November 10

Placed an order on November 10, it’s already the 21st and still my order is in processing . I emailed cs and they gave me a tracking number that says delivered to NY . My address is NJ . Don’t buy from them . I’m calling my bank tomorrow to get a refund hopefully .

Not as bad as I thought

I’ve ordered 3 items since the end of October. It took them a week to ship out 1 item once I verified my information. But I had to be on top of them everyday to make sure I got my item. The item was very much authentic, but sizing was too big. I sent it back and they received the item on Nov 8th. Again, I reach out to them everyday whether it was a phone call, email or WhatsApp, which they’ve responded to. One thing I will say is Beatriz and Tina, we’re very attentive, polite, patient and assisted me every time I called. Now I’m still waiting on the refund 7 days later when I was told 3-5 days to receive the refund. I reached out, and they claimed that I would have to wait for my response tomorrow because they’re located in Dubai. I also ordered a replacement which I received Tuesday, which took about 2 weeks to come. The last order was canceled last Thursday because the item was sold out and I, indeed, received the refund yesterday as well. I give 5 stars for that. A day later trying to contact them and they keep declining my phone call.

UPDATE:
Yes, it has been resolved. Waiting for the funds to clear. Wasn’t sure if the company was trying to get over on me when I’ve been loyal and trusting you guys with my money. Sorry if I was a bit rude, but thank you. I just hope you improve the processing in the near future.

They are legit

I placed my order before I read all the negative comments here. I was so scared i got scammed so i bombarded them with loads of messages via whatsapps and emails. Went through a few rounds of DD myself, found their representatives linkedin profiles to make sure they are real people lol Anyway they responded to my messages promptly and my handbag arrived 4 days early than the ETA!!! I started to think their competitors left these comments to frame them or their service has drastically improved.

No issues here

I was hesitant to order from here after reading the reviews and initially canceled my order. I received an email confirmation of my cancellation rather quickly and spoke with one of their representatives as well. Overall, they gained my trust and I am reordering my item with them. Just be mindful, they are a small company but they are growing and will help to accommodate you. I’m very happy they called me personally to alleviate any issues or concerns that I initially had.

Worst experience with a luxury store

Worst experience with a luxury store, I had to email them for my confirmation after purchasing the item, which 2 days for them to get back to me.
I called multiple time to get the status of my bag and they kept telling me they are waiting for the store.
I purchased my bag 10/31 and I got an email 11/9 canceling my order. Such BS, and they only offered $25 for my trouble.

Weird experience (similar to the other…

Weird experience (similar to the other reviews). Placed the order and it showed that it would ship quickly on the listing. Two weeks go by and a few emails back and forth with no confirmation of shipping (just basic communication that the third party company is busy and it will take a while). Order looks like it has now been canceled through paypal (thankfully). My wife was upset that her birthday present that I ordered well in advance of her birthday never showed up. Weird company weird process.

This site is an absolute scam. I ordered very expensive items that never arrived. There is absolutely no response from the site, either by WhatsApp, email, or telephone. Extremely untrustworthy!!! Non-existent customer service!!
