I made a mistake on what I ordered and it would not had been any use to me. I contacted Grabone by email explaining my dilemma. Within 24hrs they had contacted the company and I got a refund. Couldn't thank them enough.

Really good deal for a hotel in Auckland. Easy to buy. Easy to book. Would be better if there was a booking calendar on the webpage since that would avoid back and forth emailing.

Grabone is great! I always find great activities to do.

Swimming goggles were not good quality, they took quite a while to arrive ( didn’t realise they were coming direct from China)

I purchased a duvet that was said to be 700 GSM and when it arrived it was nowhere near as thick as the picture looked and there is no way its 700 GSM. It was so thin I'm super disappointed. False advertising.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Well packaged. I haven’t tried it yet but hopefully it will be great.

Grabone is so awesome I was not happy with a purchase, so grabone got in touch with the people who provided the items, I heard from this 2nd party and then they were supposed to refund me but then communication stopped, so grabone refunded the amount themselves. I feel very supported by grabone, and I have received refunds in the past. Thank you again

I have been trying to buy a birdcage on the site but it won't add to cart. I have tried to contact Grabone via email, that was a week ago and I have had no response.

Great customer service. I made an account and spelt my email address incorrectly. I didn’t confirm my email address before going shopping on the GrabOne app and made a purchase. I was then wondering why my purchase email confirmation didn’t come through within 10 minutes. Found out that I spelt my email address incorrectly and I couldn’t view my purchases until I confirmed my email address. So I emailed the help desk and they sent my purchase ticket to my email address. Thank you again team

Emma from the Helpdesk was exceptional. Her responses were timely, thorough & accurate. So often helpdesk responses are generic & don't solve the problem. Emma trumped this. Top Marks.

I had an issue and grab one responded to my email straight away which was fantastic!! Also included me in the emails to the supplier to sort out my issue. This was done in a timely manner and resolved perfectly.

I bought a couple of the photobook vouchers from grab one. They were easy to redeem and I had plenty of time to redeem them. Thank you for the reminders also. Another great experience!

I emailed you 3 times for a refund as these so called 32db (!) noise cancelling earplugs are a TOTAL JOKE! They do absolutely nothing. I can still hear the wind rustling outside so yeah a scam. They look exactly like the $2 TEMU ones but I thought nooo get them from GRAB ONE.. a professional co that stand by what they sell and pay $25 but noooo… u want me to video the problem… ha.. another joke… how does one convey a product cancelling noise? So anyway I’ve sent u yr silly video showing you.
