arrived on time and easy buy. There is a wee bit of slop between the threads that allow the seat to be adjusted up or down . Happy with my buy :)

Easy to use, I just had to ring the supplier and request a date for an appointment and had no trouble with the voucher.

I've been using Grabone for years. I think I've only had issues with one or two suppliers compare to the amount of positive experiences I've had.
I do miss a few business that no longer trade with Grabone like The boat Shed where you could get deals on certain days and times. Pretty much like "book me".
It would be awesome to see these businesses resurface again on grabone.
I'd like to see bookstores both secular and Christian come on board and florist
and more local Christchurch businesses

We got a deal at the Hanmer hotel. A lot of stairs and no elevator . Carry the suit cases up all those stairs was a mission and for that reason I’d never stay there again . Our room got no sun which I think was why it was a cheaper deal .

Item is great just the postage cost was really over the top, I thought they must be sending it assembled to be so much but no it was just a flat pack.

I bought tickets to rainbows end that included things such as a set amount of credit for the arcade and VR. Getting the tickets were fine, but they said my ticket didnt apply to the arcade credit or VR session. I showed them the voucher and still refused. I bought x12 $220 tickets

Fast arrival with great courier tracking. Not sure if its a design flaw, but looked like scratches all over the wood that went against the grain- didnt return as had set up the flat pack and overall couldn't notice it.

I hadn’t used GrabOne for a couple of years but I ended up buying my granddaughter an indoor playground which she just loves. It was easy to purchase and delivered on time when they said it would be. Would definitely start using GrabOne again.

So bad and fragile that it barely allows for being assembled.
Almost cardboard like wood.

So disappointed. A waste of my pints and top up cash purchase.

The MS Office wouldn't install and i need both their help and Microsoft's help. Microsoft said because it was a volume licence I would have to pay for support to get the package installed.

I made an error in a purchase and tried my luck for a refund knowing full well that it was all my fault, so I did not hold much hope. The customer service is second to none. A++ from the start replying to my email straight away from Emma to successfully negotiating with the retail my refund. Thank you GrabOne customer service team!

Ordered a wifi photo frame for a Christmas present. Wouldn’t turn on, got it returned back to me months later to see if I could figure it out. Still wouldn’t go. Emailed GrabOne and they replied almost instantly, also got ahold of the merchant and got them to email me to resolve the problem. Big help. Thank you!!

Really pleased with the gazebo. Finished off my courtyard beautifully.
Does need two to put together but it pops up easily then.
