Bought for gifts, very good selection of items in these gift baskets.

I had a delivery that didn't arrive and after several emails and help with tracking numbers the GrabOne helpdesk team came through. My parcel arrived and I would like to thank them for all their efforts and support they gave me to make this happen over such a busy Christmas time. You are the best and I will recommend you to everyone!

Poor quality product (pool roller - the attachment clips broke within a short period of time) and terrible customer service that followed, our issue remains unresolved, we still have not recieved a satisfactory outcome several weeks later - we will not be purchasing with GrabOne again due to this experience and the poor quality product, this should have been resolved

The Portable Mini Karaoke Speaker with Two Wireless Microphones we bought for each of our grandkids for Christmas was well received. They work great! And our order of 9 December arrived in time for Christmas. Thank you and Happy New Year GrabOne!

Samantha on the Helpdesk was really helpful when I inadvertently bought a voucher that I thought was valid through to March but expired pre-Xmas when I had bought for a Xmas gift. After contacting GrabOne they liaised with the campground and after 10 days got a great outcome for me which was fantastic. I have to say she was professional and helpful and also kept me informed along the way.

Not good I purchased my voucher. Phone the massage company, booked, told them I had a voucher. They text confirmation. Half an hour prior to my appointment said they could no longer keep my appointment as the had a double massage booked. Clearly this was a situation of taking a non voucher client over a vouchered client.

Best service ever, grabone was onto it straight away even though it was over the Christmas new year break I had some issues with seller, which ended with a good result,

Allowed me to order an out of stock office chair, they never contacted me about it so I had to a week later ask for a tracking number, just to be told it was never there and that I was down $180. I've requested a refund/cancelation of my order and won't be using them again
Edit to add: Customer service was an absolute breeze to deal with. Refund was fast and easy to get.

I have ordered from Grabone and paid in full. It's more than 2 x weeks now, I have not received any responses from them as to when this will be delivered, or if they will refund me.

I will NEVER order from them again.

I did not receive half of my order, Cherries didn’t show up! Very disappointing. A very expensive treat for family for Christmas that never showed up. Supplier messaged with no reply.

Ordered product, turned up as expected, good value for money.

This review is only about the delivery, not about the product. Ordered at beginning of December as delivery date was to be 19th December, plenty of time for Christmas. But didn't arrive until 4th January, and then only after I sent an email. Cannot recommend.

I ordered and paid for some Cherries for Christmas from Mr Henry Cherries on 5 December 2024. They were supposed to be a special gift for my wife and I was assured they would be delivered no later than the 24th December. As yet I have not received the cherries and I have had no response to my email from Mr Henry Cherries. Needless to say I am very disappointed and my faith in Grab One deals has been destroyed.

The delivery time wasn’t upheld and I received the cat feeder after we had gone away. This created panic as we tried to find an alternative product at short notice and due to our small town location proved impossible. The parcel was on our doorstep when we came home. Not

Grabone is a way of me being able to afford gifts I wouldn't normally be able to, whilst giving my recipients something to look forward to after Christmas.

On Christmas Eve I thought I had a problem with Mr Henry and delivery of his cherries; however, with the persistence of Emma, of the Customer Service team, researching my original order all was satisfactorily cleared up and I was able to set up post-Christmas deliveries.
