Grab One customer service were really helpful when my recent order hadn't arrived in the indicated timeframe. They followed up with the company and then again checked in with me to make sure the goods arrived safely.

I had an instance where my purchase didn't arrive in the prescribed time so I contacted Grab One who looked into the issue for me. They kept me regularly informed of developments until the issue was resolved satisfactorily. All my emails were promptly and politely replied to and they were very obliging. Thoroughly recommend them.

Mislead by GrabOne. Purchased voucher to buy photo keyrings. This voucher was for a USA company that charges more in postage than the value of the item. Some $12 more than the GrabOne sales details of $5.95. Was not worth buying it, now GrabOne are saying that I have to deal with the issue via the Voucher company. My purchase agreement is with GrabOne, they should deal with it. If the deal is NOT as advertised an refund should be given without argument and telling me the customer to deal with it. Puts me off any further purchases with GrabOne of purchasing items. Previous item I ordered (beach bag) was of such poor quality I wouldn't order grabone items again - better off buying from Temu for better price & quality

Always great to have a company and in this case, an individual from the help desk - Emma, reach out and front foot any challenges before they eventuate and then more than satisfactory sort it effortlessly. While the provider of the service was unable to deliver said purchased service, the forward thinking on Emma’s behalf was 2nd to none.
Thank you for sorting this so quickly - I hope they have an employee of the month award, as it would easily be yours Emma - even with 18 days still to go in January.

Cherries were not delivered on date indicated and still have not been 4 days later from Henry Cherries.
Disappointing as they were a gift.

I was completely ghosted by the beauty treatment provider I purchased a voucher from. After several attempts to contact them directly to make a booking, I reached out to GrabOne customer service for help. I dealt with the same person from GrabOne the whole time (Emma) and she was fantastic. Her communication with me was much appreciated as she followed a fair process between myself and the vendor, before issuing a refund. While disappointed with the vendor the service from GrabOne was superb.

Easy to order, great communication. Product was fantastic, arrived next day, the product was fragile and was beautifully and securely packed.

The voucher was not able to be supplied until January I wanted for Christmas, they keep sending delay emails and NOW cherries are at their cheapest in shops and srill not received

Books I ordered were damaged, an email was sent and past on to the supplier all sorted within one week during the Christmas rush. Great service.
