Customer service and Communication has been of a very high standard in my experience with Greencastle. Given I am working from home and limited to availability, the appointment was tailored to a time that suited my diary. Derek Reilly was punctual approachable and very personable. In regards to the service provided he really took the time to listen to our requirements and carefully explained our options and broke down the process from end to end. This has made it very easy for us to make a decision going forward. Highly recommend Greencastle. Thanks so much Derek.

Visited by Derek this evening for quotes for new windows, doors and roofline. Derek is very approachable and knowledgeable. He provided great advice and guidance, especially around security, which was important as a female living alone. Felt completely at ease and not pressured in the choices I made. Would recommend and I look forward to moving ahead with the install.

Derek visited us today to discuss installation of a new window. He is a very charming gentleman who discussed everything regarding our query. He discussed options, took into account our preferences and came up with a solution which suited our needs. He is down to earth, friendly and puts you at ease.

I found the salesman who came to my home was friendly and not pushy unlike others had been. The men who came to my home to install the door were again friendly, neat and tidy workmen. The product was very sturdy and I cannot find even the tiniest fault. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Cormac was very informative about the whole procedure of having new double glazing installed. He was even able to tell us how old our existing windows were!
There was no “hard sell” from him and the price for the new windows was very good.

Overall we are very happy that we have chosen Castle Green to install our new windows.

A great supportive team with Mike at the helm. And we certainly put him through it with our endless questions and 2 revisions of the spec! Looking forward to writing another review after our new windows have been fitted.

Just had windows, roofline and cladding installed by Muir and Rhys, what a transformation we are delighted. The lads were fantastic, polite, tidy, experienced and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Also we appreciated the no push policy adopted by Aaron who surveyed and measured our property. All in all a great axperience.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Cormac into our house to discuss the purchase of new windows and doors.
He made us comfortable from the very start and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, through the whole process.

We had new roofline installed by Muir & Rhys . They were great workers and did a very neat and tidy job. Thoroughly recommend this team from Green Castle.

We had new windows fitted to our home by Jordon & Cliff. They were both excellent workers a credit to their company. All old windows taken away and everything left tidy. Would recommend this team who work for Greencastle.

Derek was in to advise on the installation of new windows. Samples were shown and designed to our specifications. Really helpful and informative.

Excellent friendly service by Derek. He explained the process and was very understanding. The service was a very smooth process for our windows. Can't wait to see final results.

Well we're do I start first who's Derek never had any contact with him at any stage of the process from start to near completion when I say near here's why 6 windows replaced one glass chipped 2 rows of tiles removed on foot one tile broke not been replaced and they left without fitting our new door no explanation or contact from Greencastle they left it to the 2 guys doing installation to tell us door wasn't ready yet this order has been placed since August 2025 nearly 7 months ago so can't understand why they proposed installation in January 26 still waiting on response from Greencastle
