The delivery was very quick, no complaints there. Sadly I purchased the wrong size so began the returns process.
Item was returned on the 15/03/25, return price was £13 for a £45 jacket, not their fault of course but I have queried for an update on this with Griid and I think I'm speaking to several employees as they don't seem to be speaking to each other and ask the same questions with the "I will look into it" retort and then the conversation ends.
Not a very good service at all

Ordered a tracksuit for the first time it came with a massive mark down the front I've sent it back first class over 10 days ago and not received anything at all DONT order they obviously don't check merchandise before sending it absolute disgusting so I've ended up paying 140 for a pair of trousers

Delivery was so quick. The quality of the material in the tracksuits is brilliant absolutely delighted website very easy to use.

Clothing was a good standard fast delivery. No problems.

Can't believe how fast the delivery was ,ordered the tracksuit 12.30pm on the Thursday was at my house for 10am next day & didn't pay for next day delivery.

extremely fast delivery sizing is small fit glad I sized up the quality is very good and it's lovely on my son he's delighted with it will definitely buy again

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a Christmas gift for my son as the website stated it would be delivered on time for Christmas. It only arrived on 9/1/25 after trying numerous methods to try and contact them and the delivery cost was extremely high. They do not respond to emails or their ‘contact’ Icon on their website. Only response I got is when I sent them a message on Instagram. This buying experience has been awful and will not purchase anything from their website again.

Ordered 21st December and website stated the cut off for orders for Xmas delivery in Ireland was 23rd December. Contacted through instagram as my daughter ordered some items directly (that were hand delivered) but they couldn’t deliver my order with those and was told my order should be delivered by DPD on Xmas eve but the tracking status did not update since the 23rd. Was not delivered until 30th December. Very disappointed.
