Not to be trusted even tho` website looks quality! Appalled by this company's lack of Customer Service - still waiting for product but no communication at all even after several emails. So VERY disappointed with them - I will cancel the payment £156 which they took from my account quick enough....!!!!

Quality made UK items. Designs are detailed with a good use of colour. Well packaged. Items ordered come in their own box,especially useful with Christmas products. Wonderful keepsakes. I have bought many items from Halcyon Days over the years and always been happy not only with the items but the staff,always professional, friendly and showing a wide knowledge of their stock.

The tea cup and saucer to commemorate the coronation of King Charles is beautiful. It took a while to come due to the overwhelming popularity of coronation items but well worth the wait. My mother received royal family commemorative pieces at school while a child in London. This teacup and saucer stands out among them.

Your products are always beautiful and well worth the price. Easy to order and delivery time to US was very reasonable.

I first heard of Halcyon Days when I ordered ornaments from the White House historical society. I actively sought them out since I collect Christmas ornaments that are unique and of a high quality. During the pandemic and afterwards, I have over 30 of these exceptional baubles; the ones from the Royal family are especially great! However, the CR coronation items were delayed for months and now I am getting seconds priced at full price with blemishes that are below their standards. Orders are delayed with no communication unless I initiated several follow up emails. Halcyon responded with an offer to replace the non-confirming baubles! I await receipt and pray that their reputation for quality is restored along with my confidence.

Beautiful products..... there was a waiting period on my last piece because of public interest but I was kept up to date at all times on what was going on and when I could expect delivery. I really appreciated that. My item arrived in perfect condition which is a constant with Halcyon Days.

On placing the order customers were advised of a 6 week pre-order. My order took over 4 months to arrive. I was not kept informed. I had to email customer services and was given inaccurate estimates of how long my delivery would take. No apologies given. Disappointing.

I placed an order with this company, paid for next day delivered and over a week on no sign of order and no response from Customer Services requesting update. Very disappointing.

Bought a bangle as a Christmas present that lasted till about March/April, then it couldn’t close and kept falling off my girlfriends arm. When contacting customer services, the decision made was that it was “our fault” and they refused to even try and repair it. It had been worn very little and in never exposed to damage.

When setting out to achieve a continual objective whilst maintaining a firm nod to the past through time honoured traditions and sentiment, I have to say I have experienced nothing but exemplary service both in terms of product and communication.

As a new, younger breed of customer demographic ordering with this company based on self discovery and also later learning that Halcyon Days products are also held throughout senior members of my family, I was compelled to place a first time order upon learning they have an online e-store and it fell nothing short of my expectations.

I purchased 4 items and have been very pleased.

I also took the time beforehand to research the company and understood the tableware items are finished by hand and will vary for each one produced.

I had one small issue with the finish of 1 product and after a day of thinking about it, I decided to respectfully contact Halcyon Days and was very happy to receive correspondence from one of the order management executives named Katie who provided prompt excellent service and kindly assisted with the return and replacement of the item in question.

As a first time customer, who hopes to be able to cherish the items ordered for many years to come,
I've now based my future purchase decisions on this experience and will be sure to re-visit the online web-store in future and have already recommended to family/friends.

Very disappointed. Still waiting on an order from begin june. Despite the website ststing delivery time is 3 -5 working days

I only wish I had read these other bad reviews before I made my purchase...
I purchased what I believed to be a commemorative china mug for our Queens Jubilee, When the item arrived costing me in total £39.15 inc. P&P I was extremely disappointed as the mug (which was also quite small), had no mention of the jubilee on it or any dates, also the picture of our Queen was extremely poor and faded, so I decided to return said item, I contacted the company by email to explain the reasons for return and they quite happily said no problem return the item via recorded delivery which cost me £8.00...today I received a text message from Halcyon Days who had the audacity to say they where only refunding me £33.15 which is £6.00 less than what I paid, so I called them, and spoke to a very arrogant young lady in customer service, who quite rudely told me that the refund did not include the postage & packing I had originally paid, when I challenged her, she became quite defensive, and said they are only a small company and could not afford to pay back everyone's P&P so to date I am £14.00 down on an item that was not suitable for purpose and to add insult to injury I have nothing to show for it, only a bad taste in the mouth, I cannot tell you how annoyed I am, and I will never use this company again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either.

Very poor service. I ordered a trinket box in mid November, for a Christmas present. Still had not turned up by second week in December, so emailed customer services. Many emails later, I was sent the wrong item on December 21st. They then promised to send me another before Christmas, but nothing turned up. Still waiting for my refund

Very disappointed. I purchased 4 black enamel bangles with Swarovski crystals in black enamel with palladium edging. Within 2 days of wearing several of the Swarovski crystals had come out. Now after a week they look cheap and nasty. They are now in the junk draw .
I haven’t had any issues with the enamel chipping or the palladium.
It is too expensive to return from Australia to UK for replacement
