half order delivered one day and the other half delivered another day .. ruined experience .. no customer service .. no reply’s to emails no answering phone .. will never use again
Ordered 2 hampers
Ordered 2 hampers. Didn’t arrive. Tried the chatbot to sort it-wast of time.
Talked to their representative on the phone on 3 seperate occasions the last time she promised to get back to me and didn’t. It appears as though the delivery persons says they were delivered and signed off by some fictitious person.
I still haven’t got my hampers.
I can get over the problem with delivery, what I can’t get over is the complete lack of interest by customer service in getting this fixed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Very poor communication
Very poor communication. I paid for a set date for the delivery. An extra cost, they did not pick up my notes and delivered it early and spoiled our surprise.
So I requested a credit for the extra freight charge and they choose to ignore me. Very disappointed

Ordered a hamper from the U.K
Ordered a hamper from the U.K. for my son and his girlfriend as a pre Christmas surprise.
Advised that the hamper had been delivered but my son had not contacted us to advise of receipt which I thought was strange and, therefore, had to ask him. The hamper was not delivered and I have sent a couple of emails but to date no response received from Hampers with bite.
Very disappointed as the surprise has now been ruined. No delivery and no refund so will now have to arrange an alternative. I wish I had checked out the reviews prior to placing an order. I have previously ordered numerous hampers for friends in Australia but never used this company before and will not be using them again.
Update - ordered with Gourmet Hampers instead who were cheaper and offered free delivery. Gourmet Hampers were excellent and have confirmed delivery from my son together with a signed delivery note.
No response nor even an acknowledgment from Hampers with Bite to my numerous emails. I suspect I will now have struggle to receive a refund as, having now read the reviews, it appears to be a scam.

What an absolute disappointment and disaster ordering from this company!
Would have been a lot easier to do it myself! Ordered on Saturday,shipped on Monday supposedly and wasn’t delivered until late Thursday afternoon! No APOLOGIES made to me AT ALL! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING,NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! Do yourself a favour and go with another company. Only ⭐️Rating,if that!!

The hamper was delivered late and left unattended in the foyer of my friend's building, despite him being home. He had recently been discharged from the hospital and was not permitted to leave his apartment. No attempt was made to buzz or contact him directly. Given the premium delivery fee, I expected the hamper to be delivered to his door. Unfortunately, customer service was unable to resolve the issue, and the overall experience was disappointing. Would definitely not recommend them and would not use them again.

The hamper I ordered was for a friend who has just lost her husband, and they attempted delivery but because there was no answer they have taken the parcel to the closest post office - I’ve received an email that it’s ready for collection but obviously my friend has not received this so I’m hoping she has received a card from the post office to let her know she has something to collect - the box should have been placed on her doorstep, the last thing she wants to be doing is answering the door or going down to the post office - that’s if she even knows she has a collection to make. Super disappointed because now I’m going to have to contact her and ask her to go and collect it which defeats the whole purpose of the intention behind sending it.

Do not deal with Hampers with Bite
Our birthday hamper for a family member was delivered to an incorrect address manufactured by Hampers with Bite. Request to rectify the situation resulted in emails blaming their poor communications with their delivery company. The hamper was not redirected and we have no refund. It has been a month. We are escalating this matter and advise not to trust Hampers with Bite.

Really bad service and lied on delivery times…
Yeah extremely disappointing because they say they can do next day delivery for a price and I paid it and then I get no updates until the next day when I asked. Then they just send tracking information saying it will be another bloody 3 days. So why the hell am I paying extra for shipping. The only reason I selected Hampers with Bite was because they had a reasonable hamper and they could deliver for the birthday the next day but they will miss the birthday now by 3 to 4 days. It is extremely disappointing and complete sh1te and without cursing, here I am.

The first time we used Hampers with Bite, IT WENT WRONG. I asked for a delivery address to be changed within 1 minute of placing the order! I tried to call them, and no one answered the phones. We are going back to using Hamper World!

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering from them. However it was recommending by a reputed hotel and so went with it. Same story as what most others have complained about, paid extra to get the package delivered to a client who was there for a limited time, they checked out of the hotel and instead of 2 days the parcel got delivered a whole week later. In order to return the parcel and get a refund we were asked to pay extra. Appalling!!!

Placed an order on the 19th of April, today 2 weeks later still no delivery to a friend we wanted to brighten up his day after feeling very down. When I query them where the parcel was I got told hopefully mid next week. It's not good enough. It's faster to send a hamper overseas than with this company to send to Brisbane. It's unexceptionable, and won't recommend this business to anyone or ever use them again.

Shocking service
Shocking service. I ordered a hamper as a birthday gift and paid $20 to get it delivered between 1-3 business days. After four days there was still no sign of the hamper being delivered. I rang up Hampers with bite and they advised the hamper was with the driver. They told me they would ring up the driver to get an ETA and call me back. Seven hours later I rang up again and they still didn't know when delivery was going to take place. I was told they were going to refund me the $20 delivery fee. The hamper eventually got delivered over a week later and I still haven't been refunded the delivery fee as they promised. First and last time I'll use them.

Still Waiting
Ordered a $115 hamper and paid $35 delivery. It has still not been delivered after 10 days. Missed my dads birthday and still no word on when it will be delivered. Tracking says it has been delivered but hasn't. I have ordered many hampers from this organisation, and quite appalled that the service and delivery has slipped so badly.

A really lovely gift
We received a Hamper as a gift for Christmas time from our landlord. The products are not things readily available from supermarkets and are of a high standard. The hamper was packed well so there was no breakage or damage. It even came with a personalised card. Job well done.
