Damaged boxes disgusting !!
Purchased Two hampers for gifts one for a Surgeon the other for a Specialist, they arrived with big ugly Aust Post stickers on them and one box damaged. I wmailed asking for two bew boxes to ve sent so i could present these as nice gifts only to be told NO by Rachel thats how they come. I tried to open the damaged one to see if the contents were damaged and completely ruined the box. These hampers are no goid to me now !! Im so angry with this company especially after seeing the great reviews and i got dubbed. Ive had to dismantle the contents and re order more hampers from Hamper with bite , so much better for the same price beautifully wrapped with more contents in them. Ill never purchase anything from Hamper Emporium ever again and im telling everone i know never to buy from them either !! How hard could it have been to send a couple of new boxes !! They should have the hamper in a box inside the packaging box not use the packaging box as the front of the hamper when they are gifts.

This was a present for my daughter who was delighted to receive the gift, however we did get contradictory delivery dates that meant that no one was at home and the package had to be retrieved from the delivery company.
