I love that all the products are on one page so you can see all the app offers at once, and then if you know what category you want the option to go directly to that is available also. Some of the discounts aren't shown on this homescreen under the company icon though, which would be a helpful improvement.

Ease of use, things of interest.

I love all the different section on hapi app which are easy to access. Besides the shopping discount. I find some really interesting amd helpfull topics. I use it all the time

i paid for my gym £29 per month with happy discount they want £31.50..

I love using the Hapi app, it's so easy to use. You can order through the app and get a voucher to print off or use the voucher straight from your phone. You can order love2shop cards at a better discount and keep topping up your own card. A lot of the vouchers you order can be selected to the nearest £1 i.e. something costs £1.10 then order a £1 voucher and pay 10p.

It is useless program. I will never use it if first I have to transfer money to Hapi account and then it is possible to pay less. It doesn’t make sense.

I love using the discounts when shopping

Working for a company that makes it so easy to access everything needed within an app makes my work life so much easier but most importantly reminds me im valued way beyond just a number. Just last night getting an instant discount on a large family gathering at turtle bay for bank holiday reminded me how easy the discounts are to use and had my family asking how/why do i get these benefits. Accessed the tech salary sacrifice through hapi , ordering my ninja air fryer for my new home but not breaking the bank

Great local rep that visits depots but poor communication from customer service, very rude and inaccurate emails sent out.

Hapi is a broker that steals from its clients, they take away your purchasing power from one day to the next, they charge you phantom commissions, when you ask for support with their customer service they never respond. They steal from people in minimal amounts that many do not realize, and they also steal from customers in their purchasing powers (balance sheet). ALERT! Don't use Hapi! They are stealing and the worst thing is they don't care about any reason when you write to their online support. The worst thing is that most of the time they don't give you access to your personal account! They say the page is “down”

Someone used this company to commit fraud with my account. Had never heard of this company, rang to ask them about it, they said that there was nothing they could do, even though both charges were registered with them.

They keep making promises that they are unable to keep and after waiting for 2 weeks after the order date they told me that I should wait 6 weeks more and maybe more while they have mentioned that the stock should arrive this week.
