Four week delay on one order

I ordered two pillows to help with my neck arthritis. The first pillow arrived quickly however I had to wait four weeks for the second pillow to arrive.

Unfortunately, the second pillow is not the firmness I thought it was going to be. I have not tried the travel pillow yet.

The staff member that took care of me…

The staff member that took care of me when I called in o n the southside store was great - I could not get through to the Northside location when I went in person Three staff members having great conversation about next meeting - two ladies took great care of me in fact fitted me and let me walk in the store while the other staff kept chatting

Harjot from customer service at the…

Harjot from customer service at the Edmonton Gateway store gave us an unwelcoming experience when we tried to make a return. Her way of inspecting the product and her demeanor was just cold and uninviting. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I ordered my item over a month before I needed it

I ordered my item over a month before I needed it. I live in over 200 km from Edmonton. The item was in stock. It was not received within a week, so I called. They said part of it was on back order but they could send the walker. Again it was not received within a week, I called again with a similar response. Again another week went by. Still did not receive the walker. The third time I called they said it was out of stock, that was the week before it was needed.

Returns policy


Overall staff and service are good. They are polite and friendly. I was disappointed by a policy when I tried to return an unopened pkg of booster pads. These were not suitable. I did not have the receipt and was refused a return or a credit or an exchange. I have been a customer for several years and live in your computer system. I hope you can revisit this. I left the package at the store and purchased another item that was morevsiitable

Great stafff…

I needed bilateral elbow extensor braces and person who came to helps not quote sure so she went and got someone more experienced to make sure I was getting the right braces. Fantastic help!

Order was mixed up with pick up at…

Order was mixed up with pick up at store when ordering said on order form and invoice that it was to be shipped to customer.Waited 15 days days for shipment to come and was told twice that I had to pickup at store even though I told them on phone twice that they were to be shipped to me. Finally cancelled order and ordered from another company and got them in three days.
