It was the first time I used this service. I will highly recommend it to everyone. Excellent help and service all round.
They made it all easy and they were very helpful. They listened and explained things. Everything was sorted and without delays. I was/am very grateful for all their help and with the speed that everything was done and how they send you a message to inform you of the next step etc.... Amazing.

First time I used Health Hero and really rate the experience. Dr Leslie Town was first class and provided excellent medical advice. Only waited 15 mins for an appointment and the tech experience worked brilliantly. Highly recommend.

All went well, I got listened and after work, brilliant!

My GP left me waiting a week for a repeat prescription, but Benenden saw me within 30 minutes. The doctor was polite, knowledgeable, and took time to listen. I’ve used Benenden for nearly four years and highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Empathetic, professional and knowledgable clinician and customer service. Got my appointment quickly, same day.

EDIT 2: Resolved via email messages within a few hours of the reply from your staff on here. I've adjusted the rating due to this as the speed of which it was attended, and the reason (human error) was quicky addressed and found. Will also add a final edit after going through the process with yourselves. (changed to 4 stars)

Booked a teams meeting for more information on how their ADHD treatment would work, cost, etc.

Booked for Friday 3rd of June at 2pm - joined the teams call just shortly prior - and as I'm typing this now have been waiting for 11 minutes out of the 15 minute scheduled time for it.

Crazy to think to think they'd skip on their first meeting with a client, don't want to imagine how it'd go if I went ahead with their service.

Really dissapointed as I've basically wasted my time when reaching out for support is difficult as it is for my circumstances.

Literally made my first account on this site to make this review as I've not seen anything like this with virtually any business in my life.

I strongly recommend HH. Good appointment availability, very helpfull doctors.

Doctors are very friendly, patient and they actually listen to your problem. When I am going to my GP they always seems to be annoyed that I actually came with a problem and asking hundreds questions as if I was making it up 🤦‍♀️

I had several concerns and raised them formally. All were fobbed off and inaccuracies were included in the response. They are clearly not open to reviewing feedback in an open and honest way. The entire experience was a waste of time.

They actually go above and beyond what our usual NHS GPS says and do. They the whole NHS referrals in there hands and they dont do anything or very very slow to act. I have used this GP HealthHeros service 3 times now, each time I have been very impressed in how they listened and acted for the benefit of my health apposed to my doctors sitting on there hands !!!

Was able to speak to a highly qualified clinician out of hours, rather than a 111 call handler reading from a script. GO listened to me and gave me good advice.

Dr Cassanova was extremely supportive and caring. I felt listened to and was not rushed. Her help enabled me to begin my healing journey.

The service is so good as you can get an appointment almost straight away and the Doctors are efficient and caring

GP was very helpful and understanding.Easy to use /book.

My experience with HealthHero was amazing! I felt so anxious and stressed out in getting GP appointment locally. I missed 2 appointments due to phone issue and sent them an email that my phone cannot receive phone calls. They help me out in getting GP appointment on the same day. Dr. Hayter was really amazing! He listened out to my concern and sort it out. Now, I felt better with the medication he prescribed while I am waiting for my ENT.
