My experience with HealthHero was amazing! I felt so anxious and stressed out in getting GP appointment locally. I missed 2 appointments due to phone issue and sent them an email that my phone cannot receive phone calls. They help me out in getting GP appointment on the same day. Dr. Hayter was really amazing! He listened out to my concern and sort it out. Now, I felt better with the medication he prescribed while I am waiting for my ENT.

Straightforward and very easy to use. Quick access to further services if required. Removes a lot of the stress if you've received worrying information especially as the NHS, invariably, can't offer the same service for very many weeks or months.

I made an appointment with a private GP to discuss a concern I had while waiting for an appointment with my NHS GP. The appointment was easy to make with a very quick response (the same afternoon). The Dr phoned on time and was very attentive and fully understood my concern. There was no rush and he provided me with some very good advice that I was able to use when I finally managed to speak to my NHS surgery. Overall an excellent experience.

The HealthHero service provided via Benenden is amazing. Being able to get a GP appointment within hours often is superb as my own GP puts you through a lot of hoops to even have a chance of a solution.
