We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.
There are currently over 260,000 patients using our services, and our dedicated team offer support to them across a number of different therapy areas – Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and many more.
Our aim is to make our patient’s lives easier, by taking the stress out of managing their medication.
We recognise that each one of our patients is unique, and our services are tailored specifically to their requirements.
For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

"The computer says no"
When my mother had to move across the UK, she needed her medication delivery to be split into two. The administration was extremely unhelpful - told her to buy a cooler box for herself, thereby not only putting additional financial burden on us, but also adding stress of medication safety to the stress of moving.

Hannah is a professional and a star!
Though I do not enjoy waiting over 40 minutes before HealthNet answers, nor is it great when the delivery is meant to be from 7am-12pm and it arrives after 1pm (so had to take a full day off work). In spite of this, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional person who answered the phone. Hannah was empathetic, insightful and informative. She dealt with my issue swiftly and professionally.
