Exceptional customer support - again!
I bug the heck out of the Heart Internet support team, but they always come through for me. On this occasion, Andrew Welsby, Adam Nicholson and Alexandra Maria combined to resolve some SSL issues for me, but I've never received bad customer service or technical support from anyone at Heart. 'Heartily' recommend them...

Alexandru was my appointed customer assistance rep. Within 30 mins of raising my ticket he was on the cease, firstly addressing issues with email account setups, and then a bigger issue with inability to send outbound emails from ANY email addresses within this domain
The communication and assistance was very timely, concise, and accurate.

Recently migrated over to these guys and Fantastic support. Had a few teething issues Logging tickets on a Saturday I wasn’t expecting a reply until Monday/Tuesday however everything was resolved over a weekend which is fantastic service!
