Having been badly let down by heatingoil.co.uk who had my money for a month with NO delivery. HEATING OIL TODAY came to our rescue. What a wonderful service for desperate oil users! After a freezing cold weekend with no heating or hot water I had a hot bath on Monday night - thank you. Not cheap but so efficient and reliable.

Having been let down by normal supplier, I was out of oil with a frosty wife and kids. Within an hour of calling, Tim was filling my tank up and he didn’t leave until he made sure the boiler was bled and working again. Worth every penny when a situation like this happens. Fantastic.

After unexpectedly running out of oil, and searching the net for same day delivery, we found Heating Oil Today. We were very impressed with the quick response and the friendly team that arrived. They stayed onsite ensuring the boiler had no airlocks and was running efficiently. Above and beyond service! Highly recommend.

From the moment I first spoke to Tim on the phone to the delivery of oil to my 89 year old mum less than two hours later I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Tim was so friendly and helpful in our initial call then following up to keep me updated on the progress of my order. Diane made the delivery and not only took the time to ensure that my mum’s boiler was working properly before leaving but also gave her time to chat with mum which was so kind towards her.

Immediate and helpful response. Returned from holiday with an empty oil tank and a 1year old baby IN February. Sorted us out straight away within 2hours if phone call at the weekend and got us heated again!

Ran out of oil this afternoon and with two small children I went into panic, I rang and spoke with Tim who instructed me on how to order and was at my door with in the hour! Fabulous service

Helpful quick and friendly service, while not same day (I ordered after 11am) it did arrive the following day.

Having ordered oil three weeks ago and still not received it, I was literally on fumes. Heating Oil Today were fantastic and we had a delivery of 300 litres within a couple of hours. I had hoped this would last until my original oil delivery arrived - however still waiting! Great company and service.

Friendly and helpful. They kept me informed of ETA, etc. at all times. Thoroughly recommended. I would certainly use Heating Oil Today again if I needed to.

Note they operate 7 deys/week, so ideal if you run out of oil at the weekend.

We are completely new to oil heating and our gauge didn’t tell us we were running out till oops- completely run out!
We tried many big companies and all either didn’t do emergency deliveries for domestic properties or we’d have to wait 5-7 working days!
I have a disabled child and had only moved in a week before, by the time I called Tim at heating oil today, I was very stressed! Tim had absolutely fab customer service and got a delivery to us as soon as possible.
Our delivery driver Diane was excellent. We didn’t know distance to tank etc to give prior to delivery, the pipes to pump weren’t quite long enough on her vehicle , so she filled our entire delivery by canister. An absolute superstar!

Came to our rescue on a Sunday morning in time to warm the house up for guests arriving in the afternoon. Great company, highly recommend.

Customer service were great, very helpful and accommodating. Only downside is it took longer than expected, over 7 hours from ordering at 10.30 am so don't expect a quick delivery, but like I say, my experience with the company was very good.

Fulfilled their promise to deliver on the same day which was just brilliant - thank you.
