A great and speedy service, they really helped me out when I unexpectedly ran out of oil for my boiler. Tim who delivered the oil was great and really knew his suff

Came to the rescue when we ran out of oil and had guests arriving later that day. Good communication and kept to their promise of same day delivery. They also managed to come before our guests arrived so the guests were unaware of us running out of oil.

But for the price, this would have been 5 stars. But it's an emergency service so it's obviously going to cost more. Service was brilliant - we'd been let down by our usual supplier but Heating Oil Today delivered within a couple of hours of my call. Very nice people to deal with.

Let down by usual supplier because of requirement of small vehicle access, Tim came to rescue same day even though I ordered a little after 11am after speaking with him. Clear details of when to expect delivery and arrived within timescale. Definitely highly recommend. Thanks to Tim.

Same day delivery - impressive

People were lovely especially Tim he kept us informed about our delivery and when we couldn’t get our boiler back working properly Tim help my husband and didn’t leave until the boiler was working again thank you so much great service and company .

Thank god for Diane and Heating Oil Today.

We ordered fuel through a famous online ordering place and the contractor they used ignored the delivery instructions and filled up the annexe tank (which isn’t used). So our house boiler ran out unexpectedly. Saturday so the online provider is closed and the contractor refused to help saying we had to go back to the online provider ! So we would have had to see out 2-3 days of extreme cold and likely snow.

HOT was able to deliver same day and Diane was just brilliant, friendly and super supportive getting our boiler back up and running.

Now just the small matter of getting all the expense incurred ack from the online provider !

I would highly recommend this company and of course Diane!

Quick and efficient - delivered on time. Tim took the time to get our old boiler restarted again after the oil ran out (turned out to be quite a tricky process) and carefully checked it was all working before leaving with no addition charge. A lifesaver - can’t recommend highly enough!

We had an urgent need for oil and they went above and beyond to get it to us for heating.
It was a freezing cold night with an house of children and no heating source and they very kindly brought it round late at night and saved the day!

Excellent service! We unexpectedly ran out of oil, so our house was absolutely freezing - called Heating Oil Today, who guided me through to their easy to use website. Just over an hour later, the oil was delivered by Holly and our boiler was fired up again!! Thanks guys, awesome customer service and great communication, a pleasure to deal with you :)

I recently had the best experience with Heating Oil Today I’ve had with a business in a long time. We arrived home during a cold snap at night from hospital with our 2 day old baby and no heating. We had a warm house by breakfast the next day. Tim, who answered our call was professional and reassuring and went above and beyond to help us.
