Excellent communication, prompt service and a very helpful engineer who got my boiler working again.

The amazing service of getting my oil to me so quickly I only ordered it at 9.00am and my heating was up and running by midday!!
Such a friendly and helpful company I definitely Will recommend them to my friends.

Excellent service, Holly delivered our oil, late in the dark, and on the same day !!! such a lovely young lady ! we have just moved in and ordered oil, but 10 day wait, we were very low, then I had to have emergency surgery, she was brilliant, moved the gate and bricks holding the gate as I could hardly move … will definitely recommend .. the number is stored in my phone and address book

Diane came out to us in Herts early on a Saturday morning - we’d run out of oil the day before. The communications by text with both Tim and Diane were great and Diane topped up the tank, got the air out of the system and the heating back on within an hour! Just brilliant and also meant I did not need to go to the expense of calling out a heating engineer to get the boiler going again. Highly courteous throughout too. Thank you HOT.

Superb service on a Saturday morning in Norfolk. Tim confirming the order shortly after it was made at 08.30. Text at 10 from Diane with an ETA of 1.15 to 1.45. Diane here at 1.10, cheerfully dispensing oil and rethreading supply to boiler. House warming up again by1.45. Thank you!

Tim and his team were incredible. It was Sunday 22nd December and we woke up to a freezing cold house, we had run out of heating oil. I phoned Heating Oil Today at 7.15am and by 9.45am they had arrived to fill the tank.
We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the service provided they even restarted our boiler.

Thoroughly impressed by the above & beyond service provided by Tim at Heating Oil Today. Having found ourselves in the worse case scenario of running empty, Tim delivered extremely quickly & had great communication with organising the delivery.
Not only that, but having later on found that we couldn’t get our boiler working again, he was on the phone providing advice as to how we could get it re-started. When we still struggled to get it started, he went out of his way, last thing on a Friday to come & assist with getting our boiler re-started. The service, support & advice that Tim provided us with in our time of need was invaluable!
