The team here and especially Tim were amazing - came out within a couple of hours to give us an emergency refill, and then spent over an hour convincing our boiler to come back on line. Communication, service, efforts, all brilliant.

Excellent experience - the team picked up and answered the phone at 7am and shuffled things around so that I had a delivery for before midday. The engineer was great - loaded the fuel and helped me get the boiler back up and running - saved the day - thank you team

Just moved into a new house
Phoned HOT and within the hour they was onsite filling up the tank,
Tim the Engineer explained all I needed to know about oil and boilers as it was my first time using oil.
The great thing about Tim was he not only filled up tank he even had a look at the boiler and showed me some basics to get it up and running which shows what a class act this company really is.

I ran out of oil! First time ever. Late in the day on a weekend. Super helpful on the phones and arranged the click and collect option. They said if my boiler fails to restart to call them and they'll talk me through some options to re-start it (as it was over a weekend this was invaluable support). Tim answered my call immediately and helped me calmly through the process. Boiler restarted and saved on expensive plumber call out fees. Couldn't recommend them enough.

If you need oil in a hurry look no further - An absolute lifesaver of a company! We realised at 9.30pm Friday night that our oil had ran out as our boiler stopped firing - when checking the tank outside the gauge was still showing as 1/2 full. Unbeknown to us the gauge had broken and we had run out! We found Heating Oil Today online and ordered 300 litres to be delivered the following day to get restarted. Other oil providers wouldn't deliver until the Tuesday. The ordering process with HOT was straight forward and secure. We recieved text and email updates from point of order and reassuringly were advised of the ETA by 9.30am the next day. Our oil arrived on time, really pleasant and friendly delivery driver Matt. He also gave us guidance on restarting the boiler. Diane was very helpful and friendly in the office. Would highly recommend this team, they are lovely. Thank you

These guys were a lifesaver - call them 1.30 on a Saturday and had oil by 5.30! Excellent service.

Ran out of oil due to dodgy sensor, called about 6pm Saturday evening and oil was delivered by 1030am Sunday. Clear communications, turned up exactly when they said they would. Can't fault the service.

Amazingly quick service, oil delivered on a Sunday morning after having my supply stolen on Saturday. Would highly recommend Tim and Diane for their thoughtful and efficient service.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company. Oil level was virtually zero on a Saturday morning and our usual company could not deliver until Tuesday. Heatingoiltoday came to the rescue and within a few hours, after texts to keep me informed, I had 500 litres. Tim, who answered my call, and the lovely young chap who delivered it, were so helpful and friendly; a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend this company!

I requested oil late on a Friday evening as it unexpectedly ran out and they arrived before 10am on the Saturday morning. Tim went above and beyond to help me out as I have young grandchildren living here who were freezing. Much appreciated.

Ran out of oil on a Saturday afternoon and found these guys. After a quick call I organized for a delivery the next day but also for me to go pick up 100L in my car. Unfortunately after adding the 100L I wàs not able to start the boiler. When they delivered the next day they explained that there was probably air in the system which needed bleeding.
Matt the delivery chap showed me how to do this and spent 15mins doing it before he left and I took over. As we have a long oil line it took a while to purge the air but no more than 20 mins. It has now been operating normally for more than a day. I felt these communicated well and were genuinely helpful.

Ran out of heating oil - need an emergency supply, Look No Further.
Excellent company & service. Called at 7:10pm on a Friday night as my elderly mothers heating oil ran out. When it's 3 degrees outside you need oil quickly.
Booked online and a confirmation of forthcoming delivery was received by email & text that evening. The emergency supply was delivered by 9:30am Sat, delivery chap was amazing, fully understood my mothers position, that she was elderly & on her own and the heating was on and working when he left.
Oh and before I forget, all this brilliant service and it was the cheapest emergency oil quote.

HOT are fantastic. From a wonderfully warm and calm response to an early morning call, to the polite, clean, and prompt delivery of oil, they were superb. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would great service just got off the phone to the owner who guided me through how to bleed the boiler as I had a problem starting boiler the delivery driver was bang on time with a call 5 minutes before arriving to me as I requested I wish there were more businesses being run like this company a credit to the owner defo will use again manythanks Tim and holly

I ran out of heating oil yesterday and was ringing round to try and get a delivery today, a Saturday, the day before New Years Eve! How happy was I when I rang Heating oil Today and Tim picked up the phone. So friendly, professional and so very helpful. He said he could deliver today. I received emails and text messages confirming purchase and delivery and was given an hour delivery window confirmation. Holly arrived and was lovely and carried out the delivery. I also received a text after to make sure everything was ok.
I was sure I wouldn’t be able to get a same day delivery today especially after many calls to other companies claiming same day delivery but then quoting 5 days later, so to have found this wonderful company was amazing. At home with no heating or hot water until the following week was a very depressing thought so thank you Heating oil today. Would highly recommend 😊

We ran out of oil and from first contact with Heating Oil Today they were brilliant. Oil was delivered quickly with Text updates. We then experienced problems restarting the boiler but Tim explained exactly what we needed to do and still took our calls and continued to help hours after the oil had been delivered until the boiler was working again. Excellent service would highly recommend.
