I tried once and the meals were lovely but some of the ingredients were out of date, and also some ingredients missing. I cancelled my subscription and now they are phoning me about 3 times a week. I explained why I cancelled and I am still receiving calls.

HelloFresh some fundamental issues
Hello Fresh has some fundamental issues.
1. There is no way to exclude meals with certain ingredients you have to scroll through each meal and check for allergens.
2. If there's an issue with one of the ingredients there is no easy solution. I had issues with some of the veg being unusable, the only fix is to go buy your own which defeats the whole point if this issue was rare it would be ok but I seem to have an issue with most meals specifically with veg.
3. The offering is not as flexible as initially described, mixing meal quantities and variety is difficult if not impossible.
4. Lots of meals have optional add ons which depending on your outlook are more necessary than optional.

Delivery
The meals are delicious and I recommend to everyone. My only issue is delivery. The approximetaly delivery time between 8-19. I would be happy to be able choose either morning or evening time as I can't plan my day and the option to leave in safe place is not working for me.
