The quality of the good is excellent…
The quality of the good is excellent and the delivery is very reliable.
It is important to read each recipe through first because if you are inexperienced,it can be confusing otherwise Alternatively,if you are an experienced cook,you may see things you would like to change. For example, many of the recipes rely on using the oven. Sometimes,I prefer to steam veg and fry the fish or meat. Occasionally. I have used the airfryer or microwave also.

My very first box never arrived. I had planned my week’s dinners around it but it was a no show. Very poor service especially seeing as it was my first time. I have cancelled my account as it cannot be relied on.

Food delivered to the wrong side of city we had to arrange to collect ourselves when I rang the company they wouldn't help as my name wasn't the name on the order ,I'd asked to speak with a manager still waiting .some of the veg was spoilt as in was sitting in a van for most of the day ,I've cancelled future orders .👎

I didn’t approve the second order…
I didn’t approve the second order because I am out of town, yet it was deducted, and I tried cancelling it and even tried cancelling my account and I was not allowed to unless I paid for an order that is going to rot at my front door.

I love the recipes and when they send all the ingredients and they arent damaged its a great service, unfortunately every 2 or 3 weeks we're either missing something or its damaged, with one week not receiving any meals at all.
