just finished the loveliest onboarding call with sivu, she was absolutely lovely & made a call i was a bit nervous for, seamless & welcoming. everyone i’ve spoken to so far have been great, informative & super duper quick at replying - it’s my first time dealing with accountants but the customer service has been the best i’ve had so far with a company in general!

Fantastic experience, lovely people and everyone has been so helpful, video call was great, sivvu was well experienced and helped with all my questions

Sivu was very helpful and talked us through the onboarding process really well, despite a few technical issues at our end so we had to take the teams call on an iPhone!

I have only just started to work with Helpbox, I have completed the onboarding and I have to say Ryan and his colleagues have been fantastic so far. Very positive experience all-round!
