This is an accounting firm that failed at the most basic level of financial control. We withdrew before onboarding, never agreed or signed terms, and clearly instructed cancellation in writing before any service commenced. Despite this, a Direct Debit was taken regardless. The company has not formally acknowledged fault and denied the issue in its response to our bank. The matter remains ongoing. For a service marketed as a way to save money and protect clients financially, this reflects a serious breakdown in process, consent, and accountability.

Amazing accountants! Super easy to work with around your circumstances and got me onboarded and filed quickly, as a sole trader having their feedback has massively made the filing and general finance management easy!

The whole team is helpful and knowledgeable and very approachable. I have used Helpbox UK for many years and feel reassured that my taxes are well looked after. I am a small sole trader and am not great at managing my tax return despite every year saying to myself "I will get all my tax return stuff sorted in good time this year".
