I used HelpinU to install a solar battery system and car charger after an initial visit from Steve. Steve and their office team kept me informed of progress with the G99 application and installation date. The scaffolding was put up a few days in advance and taken down soon after completion. The roofers arrived at the agreed time, wearing company uniforms, were polite and considerate, wearing overshoes when they had to enter the house. The commissioning electrician and his apprentice were polite and kept us informed of progress. The system once turned on has worked better than expected

We have just had a Duracell Dura 5 battery system installed. Very pleased so far. Great customer service from Helpin U, installation team good, neat installation, would highly recommend this business.

From start to finish HelpinUsolar were a very professional company . I was explained everything very thoroughly. The paperwork was user friendly and easy to comprehend. The scaffolding went up and the panels , etc went up very quickly. No mess , no hassle. Steve Cameron is a great advocate for their business and the staff in the office went out of their way to provide the grid documents in a very short time . I would recommend them to anyone as they know their product and can certainly deliver

Steve was extremely helpful with advice and planning. Quotes arrived very quickly and schedules decided.
It was all carried out to he agreed schedule, including scaffolding. Installation was very quick. We had a particular issue as our daughter is on the autism spectrum, and we needed the minimum of disruption for her. Steve and the team were excellent in fitting in with us.
After care has been very good, although the system has just worked with no problems. It's very reassuring to know Steve and the team keep an eye on it remotely and can anticipate problems.
Highly recommended.

Alex and Lloyd well it was a pleasure to see two lads working together so well, they were very respectful gentlemen. A very kleen job fitting our new heaters very tidy and took the shoes off straight away we'll done boys.

12th May 2024 Today I had 5 storage Heaters fitted. Superb Experience from start to finish. The installation went very well and smoothly. There was no hassle and the fitter left my home in a clean and in very good condition.

HelpinU fitted 8 solar panels, and a inverter to our property, Alex and his team were 1st class ,explained what they were going to do, done a professional job and didn't make a mess . I would highly recommend these guys.

Someone knocked on our door in February advising the funded products on offer, insulation through ECO4 grants.
Survey done and approved, as was the funding....supposedly..

Now May and despite repeated chasing of what is happening, nothing booked in, no work planned.

Absolute joke, and I don't understand what the point of doing the surveys and saying the work has all been approved and signed off, and yet no installation.

Waste of everyone's time.

A simple loft insulation enquiry turned into a full scale, solar panel, cavity wall and solar panels grant application. This achieved, installation of all was efficient, and professionally done on coldest week of the year. Highly recommend

I have been trying to get an appointment since 23 November . Full of promises and constantly let you down with no prior warning . It is a 3 hour round drive to get to the property and I have wasted 6 hours on confirmed appointments that are not kept . A complete shower and they don’t answer the phone /

All staff were reliable and friendly. Workmanship was excellent and fitters worked really hard and efficiently.

Steve Cameron gave a very clear explanation of the operating system, technical aspects and different options. He explained the solar panel operating methods, constraints and weather related factors in clear straightforward language. The documentation was clear and easy to follow. The roofers were thorough, professional and friendly, they cleared up when they finished and gave useful feedback on how to get maximum use of the system. All in all a very satisfactory and professional experience.

From the start dealing with HelpinU was a positive experience. Their quote was comprehensive, detailed and competitive. The installation and commissioning went very smoothly, and we now have an operational system installed across our roof, garage and loft space. There was no hassle or mess at all, and everything was left in excellent condition and clean at the end of each working day. The standard of workmanship was second to none. We had solar panels installed by Helpin U. Steve Cameron surveyed our property and arranged the paperwork. He didn’t pressure us. The team were tidy and we barely noticed they were there. It’s early days but so far we are very pleased with our solar panels.

Shocking service, would not recommend these at all!!!, I gave up contacting them after messaging the gentleman dealing with my house over and over and over again and never to this day hearing from him and even their office saying he is useless!

Called to office to discuss my bill and Tiffany was extremely patient and clarified all my doubts. It's great when a company has such dedicated staff.

Steve Cameron came to give us a quote he gave concise and information in plain terms with a great price on his visit. He gave options and kept us informed throughout the fitting process and beyond. He arranged at fairly short notice to squeeze us in as we were going to be away. John and his fitting team were polite tidy and efficient during the fitting process and when things needed a bit of a change he checked we were happy before doing any amendments. I would recomend this company to anyone thinking of getting their panels and batteries supplied and fitted by them.
