From the first phone call to book appointment to walking in the door to meeting Ciara to Greg who looked after my mam extremely well. My mam was so nervous and was calmed instantly. I just feel that it's not accurate
I just feel that it's not accurate I have my suspicion that's why I don't trust the system of checking he passed an un helpful comment I was a serial pusher for sounds that were not even there well there was also interference and I was pushing for all sounds I don't believe this system is accurate he gave me hearing aids to try on and was trying to convince me away clearer when I honestly wasn't sure I thought he was only interested in selling me hearing aids well I'm taking my chances I will probably get an independent assessment didn't like his tone being honest
