Recently new to this product and genuinely love it. I’m lucky to have good skin but can always help the look and tone of it as I’m aging and this hits the mark. My skin feels nourished and soft but also ‘lifted’ . The eye cream especially hasn’t caused any running tears and I would highly recommend this. I’m 60 so don’t want someone with young perfect skin telling me about a brand that reduces wrinkles etc but a product that moisturises and helps older skin- this does exactly that for me.

the person who created this Highborn line of skincare is very thoughtful and the products have nothing unusually strong nor do they contain any chemicals. I’m trusting the ingredients and they are quickly absorbed into my skin. I particularly like the eye gel. I do not use it at night as recommended! I leave my eyes alone at night! my skin from week to week is beginning to look very vibrant and I’m very pleased with the results!
they also have a delicious fragrance which I’m told is natural.

Great products and very well packaged . Also smell good! I have purchased five of their products and all have worked very well. After three weeks my skin has never looked better ! Highly recommend . Customer service is also great .

I have always used High end brands. However since discover Highborn London. I could see the difference in the first two weeks. I have always had very dark circles under my eye. Well they almost to a stage now where its hardly noticeable. I keep my eye cream in the fridge so when apply in morning and nite it’s nice and cool on the eyes. After using the products for a month now most of my fine lines has disappear. Only the deep ones are Still visible but softer. I am sure after one or two more months I will have no more lines or dark circles. Great products smell amazing and sink into skin. I highly recommend these products. I use the eye, the serum, day and nite cream.

As a new customer to Highborn tried the starter kit of eye gel, face serum, and night elixir as it was on special offer. Skin feels much softer and much less irritated. Consequently got the face moisturiser to try. On first glance thought this looks heavy but it melts into the skin and leaves it feeling soft and not greasy at all
Very pleased with the results so far three weeks in It is expensive compared to some other products but you are paying for a much better product 😊😊😊😊

I’ve tried for years to find skincare which suits me and finally I have! The difference the eye cream made was almost instant and after a month or so my skin is now glowing. At 64 I have lines which are never going and that’s fine. My skin looks fresh n healthy and I will be a long time customer

Only just tried. One night only. Used eye gel and night elixir. This morning just eye gel and serum. Can definitely see an improvement already. So impressed. Eyes look much better and lines around mouth definitely look more softer and not so noticeable. Also used night elixir last night and serum this morning on neck. Much smoother looking. Can’t wait to see what happens with longer term effects.

Eye cream is hardworking and smells divine. Would love to see it in a bigger pot! Not cheap but well worth the cost. Will buy again and again. Such a great company to use as customer service second to none. Thanks!!

Update , I have now received a reply from Highborn and now in contact with them and all resolved .

I have emailed this company twice asking for advice before phrchasing their eye cream as I at times suffer from eczema and asked for their advice , to date neither an acknowledgment or response so I can concur when it has been said , their customer support is poor .The first email was sent from their website , the second was sent on 20th July .

I ordered the products, which arrived in a timely fashion. However, I did not start to use them for a while, as I was finishing up old products.
When I did start to use the products all was well for the first couple of days and then my skin reacted and I developed small white spots on my skin and a blister-type rash.
On reply email for my point collection, when things were still going well I emailed to ask for my point redemption period to be extended.
After 10 days and no response and the skin reaction, I wrote again, highlighting the issues, requesting a refund and advice as to what might be the issue.
A further 3 days have passed and still no response to any of my emails.
Conclusion: The product does not suit my skin, customer support is very poor and I do not expect to see my money again. Avoid if unsure if the product would suit.

Love,love,love these excellent skin care products. I'm so impressed that in as little as 2 weeks I can see a massive improvement in my skin. At 68 years I've got some deep creases but they are lessening by the day. Lovely scent too without being overpowering. I'm only gutted I didn't find these products sooner. I've actually disposed of every other product in my home and only using the highborn ones. Keep up the good work

I’ve been using Highborn skin care products for almost four weeks and my skin feels softer, smoother and looks great, I’m really pleased with each product I’m using and will continue to use. Highborn is definitely the best skincare range of products I’ve ever used.

I'm in my early 60s and since using these products I feel more youthful and glowing. I have tried every skincare imaginable and wasted so much money over the years. I feel that a littlengoes a long way. Would highly recommend.

I buy the mascara because frankly it is that good. I've tried so many other mascaras and besides the utter confusion of the array of products none has ever just done the job! I like the price range and it being organic is a super bonus. That money is alsogoing towards breast cancer care and it's a uk family business so ticks all the boxes for me.

This is the worst company to leave the subscription service. The web app is designed to keep you navigating in a circular process with the only choice is to skip your next order. AVOID orgs like this plenty more out there offering good skin care!

The service is great and the products, although not miracle workers are definitely beneficial for my 63year old skin!

Amazing is the only word I can say I’m going to be 61 in a couple of weeks and for all my life all I have ever used is water as if I put lotions and potions on I get a few spots of I go red and itchy I spent so much money over the years I gave up I very very in frequently wear makeup as the same here too.
well over the past year I noticed my skin was looking very old tired and dry so I thought il give your serum and Décolletage a go well 4 weeks in, no spots or blemishes my skin looks healthier and more plump I’m over the moon just ordered the tinted moisturiser maybe il be a whole new me il let you know
