I made a last minute holiday booking so had to call to complete and confirm the booking, Martin was very helpful and took the time to make sure everything was correct and I was happy with it.

Never ever again dirty hotel dirty rooms vomitt stains bed side table floor never been cleaned shower head been full of mould nappies on the floor by the pool so many things but we not coming bk they better have a 1 star

He was thorough and very attentive, even calling back and to confirm booking prior to sending the confirmation email! I really liked the competitive price of the holiday, flight times, etc. What I didn’t like was two emails, soon after I’d paid initial deposit, threatening to cancel the holiday & retain any money thus far paid if I didn’t pay remainder of money immediately. I was hopeful that first one was sent in error, but when I received a second with what I considered a threatening tone I felt the need to ring to establish what was going on. Fortunately I got through to someone straight away who put my mind at rest. However, I do feel the admin that issues these emails needs sorting out as it doesn’t engender good feelings receiving threats when one should be feeling excited having just booked a holiday!
