Well laid out website easy to navigate prompt service Sam rang soon after i placed a order for a holiday to Sharm El Sheikh and confirmed all the details, she was polite friendly and very helpful. I particularly liked that they now have the ability to book your hold luggage and reserve your seats.

Sam was very helpful went through 3 times what i was actually buying for my holday. She assured me that she would put special requests in for a ground floor due to my epilepsy.
Very happy so far. :)

Seemed a good price for a hotel and flight package which is protected.

When talking to an adviser I was told there were only 2 rooms left at a much higher price than I was getting on line... I was on the phone and on line at the same time and could see there was a cheaper option in the room I wanted.... So I booked it myself. The transfer to pick up at our hotel for flight home arrived an hour early and said he was told 5.15.. My time for pick up on my documents were 6.30....hotel had to ring us to tell us he was waiting at reception... We were all over the place as we just woke thinking we had an hour.... A part from that it was straight forward and easy to do everything on line and documents sent no problem

It's not the first time I've bought a holiday from this website and I recommend it, I've never had anything that I wasn't satisfied with, a very nice gentleman called and explained everything very well.

My experience was very easy and hassle free.

Stuart has been absolutely fantastic this evening, after what could have been a stressful time changing accommodation flights etc he has gone above and beyond to make our booking a reality. Without Stuart our holiday plans would have gone up in smoke he’s a credit to you and we are so grateful for all the extra effort and time he has taken to ensure our holiday is booked. I booked a holiday through Holiday Gems. The booking form that I received was for a different hotel by the same hotel group that I booked for. This other hotel is not suitable as I am travelling with my toddler son and the other hotel does not have a children's swimming pool with splash park unlike the one I booked. I searched through my web browser history and the only time that this hotel chain showed up in my browser history was for the hotel name that I am certain that I booked. This is also true at the time of booking. I reached out to Holiday Gems to see if they could rectify this problem. I sent them screenshots of my browser history. They refused to admit it was their fault, and said that I could pay several hundred pounds extra to switch hotels to pay their fees. The hotel room that I booked was a full sea view room. For the extra money, the room they offered was a downgrade to garden view. This is not acceptable.

Amy was completely efficient at making the booking and asking pertinent questions throughout the booking process

Found the booking easy as I like to book holidays online but didn’t like then for them to call and say there was more to pay as price had gone up! Well no I paid the online price !
I normally book TUI or on the beach and they never call to say price has gone up
I used this company for a cheap 4 day break

The ease of booking online just watch out for the scam of people calling and telling you the price has went up.
Don't fall for it just ask for a full refund they soon change there minds.
