Goofy me, decided to try to watch 2 very dirty welcome mats in our front-loading washer. They were so dirty that the washer got clogged! So I needed to find someone to fix the clog. Marcus was very personable and did everything he could to fix it. With success, I might add. I will definitely use him in the future, and recommend him to anyone that needs to get their appliances fixed.

My Technician David that did two separate jobs for me on 2 separate days. Was punctual on time when he was scheduled to come was honest friendly and diagnose the electrical issues right away was fast in getting the job done . He explained everything in detail so I would have a understanding of what repairs needed to be done and did an excellent job worry free without getting the runaround answers. I highly recommend this company.

I had a repair man from another company come to my home to fix my dryer. He opened up the dryer and took 1-1/2 hrs. to look at it. He never ran it to see if it worked with something that was wet. He only put something that was dry into the dryer. He told me that I needed a part that cost about $850.00. After he left, I called Whirlpool and asked them for a Whirlpool technician. They referred me to this company. He placed items that were wet into the dryer and checked different settings and stated that nothing was wrong with the dryer. He knew what he was doing and I commend him!

They keep in touch with you. They let you know when they are having a special on a Particular home appliance or others house whole items (water heater ect)

Home alliance is an outstanding company. My oven had gone out I called and they were able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem ordered the part and I had my oven fixed within a week. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with the middle pull out rack in my Kitchenaid dishwasher. I called Home Alliance because they were local. Marcus came our and quickly diagnosed the problem. He told me my options and costs. I gave him the go-ahead. He had to order parts. They called me when the parts came in, scheduled an appointment, and showed up on time. Marcus quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up afterward. I was happy with the service and will call them again.

I had an emergency plumbing problem at my duplex in Los Angeles last month and contacted 5-Star Plumbing by way HomeAlliance.com. My tenant made one phone call to 5 Star Plumbing and they immediately responded to the call. The technician, Raul was very helpful in getting to the problem. One of the managers, Kevin as well as Raul stayed in touch with us and kept us abreast of everything that was going on with the plumbing. Once the job was complete Raul sent us pictures of the before and after plumbing details which caused our anxiety levels to be calmed. Our tenant confirmed the repairs being done well also and he is quite happy that he has hot water again. We now have them in our roster in case of a future plumbing issue and we are now in their system, so they will also know us. I would definitely recommend this company to others in the future.

My washing machine needed repair. Scheduling was very quick and was easy.
Marcus was very professional. He first assessed the problem was showed me what cost. The second time Marcus came over it was to do the repairs. It took a matter of 30 to 40 minutes and the repairs done. He showed me the part that was broke and he did the repair. He was working under harsh conditions in the room that he was in. There was no cool air and it was over 110 outside.
I really did appreciate his work ethics, knowledge of my washer and friendliness. I will definitely call Home Alliance if I need repairs in the future.

Eli from 5 Star Applicance and his partner, Sultan, blew my socks off. They didn't just repair my GE Monogram 42" refrigerator-freezer - they rebuilt it. And work???OMG. Together, professional, knowledgeable, complex and intricate work with confidence. It was a joy to watch and I am soooo pleased. Problem is, I won't live long enough to need them again. I'll have all my appliances cared for by 5 Star. Amazing folks.
