My dryer was making a very
Loud noise for months. I finally broke down and called these guys out. They were here maybe 20 mins. All takin care of. Very polite and great work. I would call them out again!

Artur was very knowledgeable and efficient when repairing my Subzero refrigerator. I had various technicians from other companies try to diagnose the problem and got many different recommendations, none of which was correct as it turned out. He analyzed and completed the job quickly and my refrigerator works great. Highly recommend him!

I booked an appointment and had a technician come on a Wednesday. The problem was diagnosed, but the part the tech had on him was defective, so he said he'd come the following day in the late morning to fix the issue since it was "just a 30 minute fix." He left my oven half taken apart, so now the oven AND broiler are out of commission, when it was previously just the broiler. The next day comes and when I didn't hear from him at 11 a.m., I called him. He said he'd be at my house between 2 and 3 to fix the problem. I received a text at 1:51 in the afternoon stating that he was sorry but he couldn't come today and that he'd "try" to come tomorrow. I tried to call Home Alliance to make sure I had firm appointment for tomorrow since the text was a little iffy only to find out that I would now need to wait until probably Monday to fix the problem. Given all of the tech's promises and the fact that my oven is now taken apart and not usable, management should've tried to make an effort to get a tech out here but to no avail. Will never book with this company again.

We were very impressed by the knowledge and respect with which our Wolf cooktop problem has been resolved!

Great customer service & fast fix. Tech explained everything to the point. Very affordable.

The technician very thoroughly explained the mechanical problem in layman’s words that I could understand. He was polite and professional. He arrived in the window of time that I had previously arranged with his company.

The technician came out for a service call to repair our thermador oven / microwave, he explained all that he was going to do and troubleshot the problem, made a recommendation and explained all my options! I decided to go with the repair, and everything turned out well! He made me realize how much you have to believe in the products that are made well! Good people person and honest! Thank you Paul and Home Alliance for getting my Thermador oven / microwave back in shape! Promote!
