It was the only place I could find the product I wanted with reasonable shipping fees
Tracking was misleading as it suggested dhl would deliver but it was Royal Mail that actually delivered but have got it now so all good

Great service. The import was smooth and delivered quickly with plenty of updates and no problems. Thanks for getting this to me from the States.

I ordered a pepper mill on 16. May with the usual confirmation, order will be processed and we’ll send you tracking information when your order has shipped. Then heard nothing at all, so I nudged the company on 29. May to establish what’s going on.
On 1. June I received an update that my order will be shipped before the 12. June!
Seriously? 4 weeks for a pepper mill??? Not happy.

Update 17. June:
Homeloft got in touch with me, offering a discount on future orders, then eventually agreed to agreed to discount the actual order on the 10. June.
To date - one week later - there’s no refund. Neither is there any sign of my order to be shipped which was supposed to be ready for shipping “from 12. June”.

Good effort from the customer service people, but complete lack of execution!

Update 25 June:
After a further complaint the 25% refund has finally come through, the pepper mill arrived two days ago but is missing the top screw, ie it’s totally unusable.

This is it. Lovely effort but no grip on execution. No discount whatsoever will convince me to buy there again. Quite hopeless.
I’ll get a refund via my card provider or simply throw in the bin, or both.

Professional installation service, on time, no mess

Superb! Able to purchase our kitchen runner immediately from Homeloft that we couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK. We were able to track our item and were pleased to receive it within the time specified. Really happy with our purchase. Lovely quality and well packed.

Extremely expensive...borderline to a scam.

Wrong item recieved months ago, still waiting for a refund despite continuing to chase up with customer services

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 4 items, cost over £250, only 3 arrived and took weeks to arrive.
Items ordered were not as expected.
I immediately contacted Homeloft and explained about the missing item and that I wanted to return the other 3.
The ‘seamless’ return procedure referred to on their website, was anything but! It was horrendous.
I sent dozens of emails and had to threaten legal action. They eventually provided the return address - USA, cost was over £48 by Fed Ex.
They clearly operate from US, not the UK, which is misleading from their website.
This was a very distressing experience, I would NOT recommend buying from this company.
As you can see from Homeloft’s response. It is generic and they haven’t addressed the issues raised. This reinforces my review!

Great communication throughout the transaction

An appalling experience. I received a faulty product and have been fobbed off at every attempt to return it or get a refund. I would not trust these people one bit! Do not buy anything from them!

Great product and quick efficient delivery 10/10

Not sure how this company is still trading in the UK. I can only assume a large number of these reviews must be fake. I ordered a cooking pot worth £150 from them and they sent me a cheap alternative that is worth very little and offered me a 20% discount on my next order, as if I would order from them again. They are seemingly refusing to allow me to return the item so it seems like I'm going to have to report to trading standards and my bank. Steer clear

Most of these reviews contrast completely with my experience. My item never arrived and customer service offered me a 20% discount then proceeded to ignore me.

I had to wait a while for the delivery however the support desk was very helpful and followed up about the delay. The product itself will still need to be tested.

Just what I was looking for !!
