Online ordering was easy and love the fabric options. Some misalign pieces/holes made assembly difficult for a few pieces. Also telling folks where to start in the user Manuel for their respective order would be very helpful. I used the wrong instructions because they were first in the Manuel so had to reassemble.

I dreamed for years of a white couch
I dreamed for years of a white couch. Finally I said, how long an I going to wait? So, even though my last HOme Reserved cover looked brand new after 8 years I ordered a white one pet resistant. Soft and cozy. The two cockapoos are on it daily. So far, so good. i added some washable elastic covers to the bottom seats for extra protection, and I have my dream couch and its clean! I love the fabric, so soft. It was like a brand new couch.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Putting together the section was pretty straightforward. My only complaint is that I had to sand one piece quite a bit to make it fit.
Otherwise, it’s very comfortable. The color looks great! It has more storage than I thought, which is a big advantage for us.

Fabulous quality and customer service
Our son and daughter-in-law ordered their sofa from Home Reserve. They have 3 small children and entertain a lot of families with small children. After 5 years of their white sofa looking fabulous and still feeling firm I started to wonder about it. It wasn't long before we ordered our sofa from Home Reserve. We too entertain, but older friends. We could not be more pleased. People can get easily in and out of the sofa, people with achy backs do not request to sit in a hard chair as the sofa provides comfortable support. The sofa is very comfortable. If this is your style of furniture you can't go wrong. In addition, I love supporting a business in the States. If you are not handy with assembly I would encourage you to invite over someone who can help you assemble the furniture.

Too tall for me!
The delivery was fast, assembly was easy and materials are all very good. However, while the seat height measurement on the website is 18 inches, in real life it is more like 19-20 inches. Meaning, my feet don't touch the floor when I'm sitting all the way back on the seat.

Ordered the Inserts
I ordered the inserts for the pieces after we got our sectional put together. They are nicely made and I'm happy to have the extra storage. We're going to order another wide armless unit to make our sectional just the right size! Everything is very comfortable and looks very nice in our living room. Very happy customer!

Owner of 2 HR Sectionals
I have 2 of the Home Reserve sectionals. One is at our beach house which we rent as a short term rental and the other one is at our main house. My children are grown but my grand kids come over a lot. 4 of the kids are 4 and under and one is 16. We live and work on a farm so there is always dirt and sweat. I love the the ease of washing and and being able to change the covers especially in my 2 different situations. They are sturdy and well made.

Sofa is low quality for the price
Sofa is low quality for the price . Cushions are uneven, it looks cheap, they are not comfortable. cheap plywood that barely fits together correctly. Beware any company that does not allow customer reviews, but has tons of paid influencers.

Prompt, Helpful Service and Great Quality Products
I needed to order replacements for items my dog had chewed. When I reached out to ask about a cushion cover and explained that I didn't have previous order history due to losing access to an old email account, the customer service rep went above and beyond to confirm my previous order info. She confirmed the cover style and color I needed. She even asked if I needed a cushion, which I'd forgotten to mention. Her attention to detail saved me from having to place a second order. Could not be happier! Everything from my first experience when ordering my modular units from home reserve and their patience with all the customizations I wanted; to having to order a replacement cover five years later. I was worried when I saw that the fabric I originally selected was discontinued until I was informed they did have a limited stock of that discontinued fabric available. Enough for the replacement cover I needed. And they moved it up in the production queue to make sure the fabric was still available. So I received the replacement cover much sooner than I expected. The quality of the product and the quality of their customer service are outstanding! Thank you, Home Reserve!

Great customer care
We recently replaced our sofa covers. Home Reserve sent great fabric samples to narrow down our decision and customer service was fantastic. I wanted to make sure we were ordering the correct sizes & styles and a representative reached out right away to ensure the correct order was placed. New covers-same sofa-great product!
