Ok, but not as great as I hoped.
I love the modular aspect of the couch, but after a few months of use I am really regretting the raw wood. I have been stabbed by large splinters through the fabric. Anything I store inside the couch comes out covered in wood dust and splinters. I know they make liners, but I just can't afford those on top of the cpuch price. It leaves a mess on my floor - I really wanted to love this couch, but the frame is just too rough and takes away from what is supposed to be great about this couch.

Being stuck by splinters and finding wood dust and splinters on your belongings can certainly be frustrating and can take away from the enjoyment of your furniture.
Our frames are made from OSB, which is what allows the furniture to stay modular and easy to replace piece by piece, and that same material can release small wood particles over time. That's why we offer liners for anyone who wants the extra layer of protection.

10 years and still going.
We have had our couch for almost 10 years now. Being able to swap out some covers and cushions just gave it life for another 10! Customer service is always tops, and the attention to detail is so much appreciated. Thanks for being awesome!

Amazing but keep future modifcation in mind.
The quality is very good. My only regret is not getting the deeper seat model. Also, keep in mind the modular style if you plan to add to it later, the sofa style has a slip cover that goes over the entire lower portion of the sofa and the cushions are specific to that model.
The construction was easier than most ikea/wayfair builds. Each piece is numbered in the order they go together and all tools were provided. I am exceptionally pleased with our purchase. The under seat storage is small but very useful.

The product--delivery, ease of assembly, appearance, durability, quality--are as great as ever. The value is there. But the website is no longer as easy to use , which forces one to contact Customer Service, which...poses some problems. I emailed 3 times and finally decided to call when the the replies I got from HR indicated that they didn't understand what I wanted. The call itself at least assured me I would get what I needed, but that was a slog, as well. The customer rep I spoke with was cold and unhelpful, one could almost say obstructive. Not at all like the lovely woman I dealt with for previous purchases. I would be concerned if I thought I would have to deal with the current rep again, but I know from experience that I have a good product. Despite all its wonderful qualities, if I were not already years into an otherwise happy relationship with HR (2 sofas, a chair and a half, and 3 ottomans), I would certainly look elsewhere for this type of furniture. They seem to have more competition these days.

Longevity
We haven't been able to get a couch to last 2 years. We are almost a year in and this one still looks like new. We had one piece break and they replaced it without question. Great company!

I had made an appointment for a phone consultation. Despite my phone continually routing calls to the "call filter", even though I had turned the filter off, Home Reserve persevered. Firm and shallow
We were really excited about the flexibility and easy care of this couch, however, we ended up realizing that it came at the cost of comfort. The seats are very shallow, so they are not the type of couch you would get cozy on to watch a movie or fall asleep. They are very firm, which might be a positive for some buyers, we preserve more plush.

Good couch, but may opt for something else in the future
We like the couch for the firmness and that it sits up higher since we are tall. Also like that I can feel good about what’s not in the fabric - flame retardants, etc. but it will still hold up to the demands of our family.
However, the assembly was a bit of a hassle and there are some Velcro pieces missing where we are supposed to attach the fabric.
