Does the job but not perfect
The bedside lamps look nice enough and do the job, though I did expect the finish to feel a little smoother. They were easy to set up and the light is soft, so it’s still a decent buy. Delivery was on time and the packaging was neat, which I appreciated. Overall happy, but not completely wowed.

Do not buy
I never leave reviews, but this was so bad I felt I had to. Would not recommend at all. Now 8 weeks on and I still haven’t received my order. The site gave no indication the product would be shipped from China. I’ve sent numerous messages asking for a refund because I had to buy the product elsewhere, but instead of refunding me, customer service just keeps replying with “offers.” I’ve told them repeatedly I only want my money back, but every time they come back with something else. The most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with. No idea how good the product is since it never arrived, but based on the experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Awful - avoid at all costs!
Drop shipping business with items directly from China. Which wouldn't be an issue if they supported the orders, which they don't. And they don't state this anywhere.
Website says delivery withing 5-8 business days. I'm now in 16 waiting for my light.
Tracking for my order is awful, gives a tracking number with a link that doesn't work. I contacted them a few days ago to complain and get some more information on my order and the response was over 24 hours later and very generic "we'll get back to you", which they haven't 2 emails later.
Overpriced, leaning on a scam at this point. Avoid at all costs!
Customer support is awful,
UPDATE: seller responded to my PayPal dispute, they replied in German when all communications have been in English. They have asked me to close the PayPal dispute case to then issue my refund. This is a scam! Like I've said above, avoid at all close and if you're in the same situation, do not close your PayPal dispute. It cannot be reopened after and the seller can simply decide to not issue a refund.
