I initially went with Barclays in house solicitors, which was a big mistake and ended up adding nearly 3 weeks when I should have completed in that time. I found the online system easy to use and their fees are extremely reasonable as I was quoted 3 times as much from another local solicitor. Solid from the first day. Had a few issues with a mortgage lender of which HS legal were more than helpful with.

There was a small issue when the purchase was going through, things were a little slow but at the end of the day, not a big deal.

Overall, they were helpful and really clear with what I needed. I will say that all contact was via email so if you’re a person who likes a call to discuss things, just bear that in mind.
