Excellent service received from Debs,Billy & Rachel,I think the lady was called. They were all very friendly when they came to assess my mum for a new reclining chair,they included mum in the process ,we didn't feel rushed and mum trusted their guidance,advice and expertise x thank you mum is loving the chair and the delivery men were good too .

Quality of the advice given was excellent and there was a wide choice of chairs to try out.

I was given a warm greeting by Natasha then asked what I required then shown the range of chairs once I picked the one suited to my needs she offered me a hot drink giving me time to try the chair then went through the measuring process, picking the fabric, and finally explaninig everything from extras to insurance she was wonderful a truly great experience , well worth the journey from Ayr.

The overall experience was exceptional,we were looking for an armchair that would give support and comfort , staff took time to explain everything to us, tried several chairs until we found the most comfortable that fitted just right!
Refreshments were offered to us during our visit which was greatly appreciated . The staff member was very patient and very accommodating.

HSL Blaydon. Looking for a riser recliner and our first port of call was HSL. The staff were very polite and unobtrusive, we were left to look at all the range and settled on a chair. We were shown different aspects and colour swatches of the chair I had chosen and sorted out everything in a short time. The chair was going to be about 5 weeks max but we actually received it in around 3 weeks. Thank you to Paul and Paul who came and delivered the chair and set it up. Can't thank the company enough. A pleasure from start to finish, thank you.

Staff were friendly and polite, answered all my queries and asked what I 2as looking for. Even found an early del
ivery date. Delivered at time and date specified ,fitted up and made sure working correctly. More than happy with service from all staff involved.

The two Lovely Ladies made my myself and my wife very welcome with a cuppa and biccies! The Stressless chair I bought wasn’t half bad either!
I’ll know where to go for our next chairs!

Excellent advice and no pressure from delightful salesman. He even provided knitting to ensure I would be comfortable doing it in chair !

Excellent service from the first phone call to the home visit , everything was fully explained and so friendly, Phil the specialist was so helpful and we were shown the exact petite chair we were interested in and it fitted my mum perfectly as she is only 4ft 11 and has had a stroke so no use of her left side it was like a made to measure we couldn’t be happier and we ordered the sprung seat so no dipping in the middle,her feet even touch the floor and she could reach the back rest of the chair and she was secure on it , excellent choice of fabric and feet , so pleased I went with hsl and my mum can’t wait for her new chair so a massive thank you to Phil

Thoroughly professional and friendly experience. Melissa even made us tea and biscuits while we considered options. She helped us reduce those options to a shorter list which we could review and make our choice.
We are looking forward to the arrival of the chairs.

Eric and Ellie were very welcoming, attentive to needs, very patient and helpful leading to purchase.

The service we got

My experience was wonderful they listen to what I was wanting and gave us. They were very attentive and full of the rant host could offer. I had. Been looking for ages for my perfect chairs and never thought we would get exactly what we wanted. The two gentleman that came, listened and came up with the solution, which I was so grateful for their help. We would recommend HLS to everyone.
Thank you for being so patient and helping us get the right chairs for us. We can’t wait to receiving them.

Had my mums chair delivered today by Lee and Carl F lovely lads. So polite and courteous. Explained everything in detail to my 88 year old Mum who now is sitting very comfortably in her new rise and recline chair.

From the moment we arrived to to the moment we left it was an amazing relaxing experience The two ladies who took care of us were helpful knowledgeable informative and pleasant beyond anything I can remember. They made it a very happy shopping afternoon . Lynn and Christine did everything they could to explain all we needed to know about the chairs we were trying, things like the positions and the ways the chairs could be adjusted for the maximum and individual comfort of any particular person. They both really did all they could to help so thank you Lynn an Christine for all you did and sorry for all the the drinks and bikkys a shifted for you [tongue in cheek] Your showroom, product and service are all first class as are you two.
