Amazing twitch relay server
This is a great service to use for twitch. It works very well, I have a super smooth stream everytime. South African streamers need a relay server and the public servers are not guaranteed. Well worth the price.

This is an unfair review. We are not allowed to host fivem servers as it breaches the fivem terms of service, We even explained this to you in the ticket on multiple occasions.
Our VPS pricing is market-related getting a 1 star review because you not happy with our pricing is unjustified.
Based off the email you have posted this review with, we checked our system for the email address. You ordered a Windows VPS on the 30th of June. You did not even pay for it as it was flagged as fraudulent.

"Although the Server itself runs well, I have had a number of issues. The client does the job but is more complicated to navigate than it needs to be and doesn't facilitate for easy adjustments of things that are essential to the server. Additionally, part of the reason we chose HyperLayer in the first place was for the built-in mod menu for nodding minecraft only to find that although you can one-click install mods, there is no facilitation for running the server on forge and thus you are unable to use the mods that you installed, through the BUILT-IN feature on the client. When I contacted support about this, all they essentially said was that "support for mods is mod offered because mods are too complicated"."
I have decided to revisit my review. Hyperlayer responded to my previous review and although there is some truth in what they said I would again call it misleading, this is especially relevant due to the fact that whilst following said tutorial, we were unable to get the server to work.
Since my previous review I have spent a significant amount of time using HyperLayer and just in this short time there has been 1 click support for forge added. We have been using a modpack supplied by Hyper Layer on our server and when there have been issues with the modpack itself(ie - not related to HyperLayer), their support has still been really helpful at all hours of the day and has helped me serveral times work out how to fix the issues we were having.

This is untrue. There are many versions of forge available and unfortunately, we cannot put all of them into our panel for you to simply install. This is why we have created a hands-on guide on how to install forge and from there you can 1 click install mods from curse forge. We don't restrict any aspects of this as you mentioned above.
The support for mods is true, adding individual mods to a Minecraft server requires time and knowledge it's not simply drag and drop. We cannot sit for hours with a client to try and get their mods to work. If you are going down the route of creating your own "modpack" you should know how to install forge and set up your mods.

Great service, awesome support! From our stand point: where we were with hosting a ark cluster by another hosting service we could feel the difference day and night, from the get go SHAD0WRAIDERZA (ADAM) was super helpful didnt complain when i asked questions. even before we started hosting SHAD0WRAIDERZA (ADAM) helped by saying what we should do (we thought the cart was broken on the website, but it wasnt) but i mean with something so simple he helped. 10/10 would recommend . thanks from the FTG group <3
