We work as a main contractor and rely on our subcontractors to react when we need them too. iMIST done exactly that on a project that had many issues and hurdles to straddle. A big thanks to Luis who produced the goods for us even though I had to rearrange iMISTS visit on 3 occasions. They changed their work schedule to accommodate us and were very helpful and proactive. This allowed us to complete this difficult and pressurised project on time.

A Few Issues But Helpfully Resolved in the End!
We had a firm appointment for 10am and the operative supposedly arrived at 8am. I Mist claimed the person rang the bell yet 5 people in the house plus dog heard nothing-neither doorbell or knocks at the door. There was no apology for this and they then tried to charge us for a follow up appt before I kicked up a fuss. They charge £240 inc VAT, payable in advance, for an annual service which compares with £185 for a much more complex heat pump installation, and the latter includes free annual call outs. The heat pump engineer gives a precise time and arrives exactly on schedule rather than the I MIst 'sometime between 8 and 12'. In fact our I Mist engineer was given the wrong postcode so after phoning twice took a while to appear. No other utility service is payable in advance apart from these guys. The whole service visit lasted 26 minutes in comparison to 1hr 45 mins for the heat pump service. I Mist have now spoken to me and helpfully resolved the issues I experienced

IMist annual service completed without fuss.
I was reminded by the company that my unit requires servicing. The service was easy to book and the company was very accommodating with the time of the service. The engineer arrived 15 minutes early and was waiting outside for the appointed time but was saw him and invited him in early.
Nick did the service quickly and was very polite and made no mess. He explained everything done and left his card, advising that we would be contacted next year as a reminder to book again.
