All good but expensive
All good: Justin was punctual, respectful of the property and did the service quickly and efficiently. Not Justin's fault but this is VERY expensive but I presume people swallow the price for the warranty that it supports.

Friendly, professional and efficient
The Engineer, Ryan, who came to service the fire suppression system on February 6th, was on time, friendly, and quick. That's peace of mind for another year. Great customer service, too, very responsive and real people, not annoying, badly trained chatbots which are so common nowadays.

Prompt and professional annual service
I had the annual service for my IMIST fire suppression system carried out at my flat in London and found the process straightforward from start to finish.
The engineer, JA, arrived on time and was courteous and helpful throughout. He worked efficiently, completed the service within a reasonable timeframe, and left everything in good order.
I would be happy to recommend IMIST on the basis of this visit.

I already have iMist in my house to support an open plan ground floor with a loft extension, but I needed an extension to the system after renovating my extension and the team was very helpful in working with builders to plan for the iMist extension including resolving a blockage of the system piping after the works were completed.
