Ordered an item through shop. Money was taken and 3 days later order was cancelled and refunded. Had already messaged them but didnt even get a reply or an explanation to why item was cancelled.

Good experience but check pricing
Item arrived swiftly, well packaged and undamaged, and exactly as advertised. Communication from the company was also very good in terms of despatch and delivery. After I had ordered, I did find the same item listed on other websites quite a bit cheaper, some as much as £10 to £12, so pricing needs more consideration, hence the loss of one star.

We were disappointed that the items we originally ordered were not in stock however an alternative was offered and delivered very quickly and we are very pleased with it.

Excellent customer service can’t fault
Ordered a new vivarium for my reptiles at home sadly the stock didn’t come in on time but the customers service was absolutely above par . I was emailed diligently and if I’d been able to wait for new stock I would have . The staff were extremely helpful and I’m grateful to find a company with great contact . Would definitely use again as I feel they appreciate the custom and the customer

The item I ordered turned out to be out of stock, I was quickly notified and offered a replacement which was dearer and cost would be covered.

This company has excellent customer service, replying to my query in a very prompt and courteous manner. They had sold out of the product I had wanted to buy due to it being an unusually popular electrical gift item before Christmas, but I would not hesitate to buy from them in future.
