Fast delivery, but the TV shelf came with minor scratches.

Everything went wrong,I paid for my item ,order was confirmed, they would let me know when the item was dispatched, that was it ,I was on the chat several times ,with no response, Emailed..NO RESPONSE.. I sent one more email ,saying that I was going to take appropriate action,,The payment in my bank,which was pending, suddenly disappeared...Very strange goings on...

Quality of the wardrobe is not acceptable. For the price it would have been expected to be premium.

Don’t buy from this place. No item, no response even though I’ve sent several messages. The phone doesn’t work, chat bot doesn’t work either so you’ll be left high and dry. Get your furniture from elsewhere as this place is not a genuine business

Like others I can see here, I placed an order, got an order confirmation, and then nothing. No responses to my emails and no sign of my order. And they took my money too. Do not order from this company!

If I could give this company a zero I would have done. Do not use these people. I placed an order, paid by card, got an immediate 'acknowledgement'. After that, NOTHING. I emailed several times to get absolutely no responses, and they never even read the emails. I rang the only number (doesn't exist!). Then out of the blue I get an email saying that they have cancelled my order. Luckily they never took the money from the card company (a very rare thing apparently according to the card people), but this company if not bust already is certainly heading that way.

Order was placed on 16th July, after chasing numerous times I was told there was a 4-6 week lead time. Almost 7 weeks later, I'm still waiting with zero correspondence regarding shipping/delivery.

Hi - I cannot fault the service as it was good the item arrived on time and in good condition.
However the item is very poor quality, to such an extent we are already looking for replacements.

Ordered from the company (item described on website as arriving in 2-4 working days). Tracking info has remained stagnant and have followed up via email, through website and chat and zero response. Contact phone number not working. I will now need to find a way to get this item refunded as it doesn't seem to be getting delivered. Scam.

The wardrobe is as good as what I expect. It is the dream wardrobe that I want, grey sliding doors with mirror and a decorative white bar on the surface. The delivery is even earlier than what it was suggested and always send me updates for the schedule. Package protection is good and all parts inside are in good conditions. Delivery was handled with care and the courier was responsible by opening the package to let me check if it was the right item and without any damage. Will definitely recommend for the others.

Better than expected. It is huge and looks gorgeous in my room! However, would have preferred written instructions as well rather than only pictures to show how it is built. Definitely worth the purchase.
